The apartment is a duplex apartment, having open plan lounge and kitchen area to the ground floor and 2 en suite bedrooms to the lower ground floor level, one being a double and the second bedroom having twin beds which can be converted to a super king. The apartment has sole use of the garden area directly in front of the apartment. From the lounge area there are magnificent views, to the East, there is the coast of Cardigan Bay to Harlech, Barmouth and beyond and to the West, Llanbedrog headland, Abersoch and St Tudwal's islands.
The property sleeps up to 4 adults in 2 ensuite bedrooms and can accommodate a further 2 young children on folding bed/cot. The property cannot accommodate 6 adults.
During all school holidays all booking are Saturday/Saturday only, with a minimum rental of 1 week.

The ground floor of the apartment comprises a large, open plan kitchen and lounge area.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor hood, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and dining table and chairs.
From the kitchen, there is access to the rear communal area and to the designated parking at the rear of the property, each apartment having 1 parking space, parking on the roadside now incurs a small charge but a parking pass will be provided for guest use.
The lounge area is decorated in a seaside theme, having seating for six, occasional furniture, large smart television with Amazon Prime. Also in the apartment is an astronomical telescope. FREE WI - FI throughout the apartment.
The bay window area gives superb sea views with a constantly changing vista. Even on a bad day there is plenty to see.
From the lounge area, there are stairs giving easy access to the lower ground floor level, under stairs storage and the bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is to the front of the property, this is a large room with double bed, fitted wardrobes and occasional furniture. There is an en suite bathroom having full bath, with shower over, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds which can, by arrangement be converted to a super king, fitted wardrobes, en suite bathroom having walk in shower, toilet and washbasin.
Both bedrooms are notably quiet at night and from bedroom 1 (to the front of the property) you may hear the soothing sound of the sea!
There is also a folding bed suitable for children/young teenagers and a travel cot so the apartment has flexible sleeping arrangements, sleeping a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

To the rear of the property there is 1 designated parking space for either a car or small boat.
There is a patio and dining area to the front of the apartment for al fresco dining, the apartment has sole use of this area.
To the front of the property there is roadside parking and paid parking, a parking pass will be provided for guests.
West End Parade is a 'cul de sac' , there is no vehicular 'through' traffic other than people on foot or cycle. Put LL53 5PN into Google maps for location, West End Parade is now on Google Street View, zoom to the Royal Mail van, this is parked outside, then just use the rotate button and take in that view!
You are advised to take out your own travel insurance to include cancellation in respect of having to isolate due to positive covid testing as refunds are not made in this regard.
Should cancellation occur due to ‘lockdown’, full refund in respect of monies paid will be made.
