Had a lovely stay here in February - cottage cosy once wood burner up and going! Perfect enclosed garden for our little dog. Kitchen really well equipped with lots of little extras (dishwasher tablets, tea towels etc). A little out of Rock itself but out of season this was no problem as parking in Rock was fine. Boys loved Rock beach at low tide, so much space to let off steam.
Very nicely furnished cottage with parking.

Loved the decor - the bathrooms sparkled. Bed linen was lovely - comfy beds and a lovely sunny garden. We were very relaxed after our stay.
Fantastic cottage in ideal location

We loved staying in Wendy’s cottage. It felt like a home from home, with everything you could ever need. Rock was an ideal location to explore Cornwall from. The coastline from Rock to Polzeath was stunning and we spent many an afternoon walking along it. Thank you, Wendy for being such a helpful host.

Really enjoyable stay at Hollyhocks
By Sara B on 02-Jul-2019
Great house, with plenty of space and a real home from home feel. All bedrooms had comfortable beds with nice clean modern bedding. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need. Quite a long walk to get to the main part of Rock with shops eating places and the ferry to Padstow, but lovely local pub with restaurant just a couple of minutes walk from the house. Sadly our stay was only short as we were just in Rock for the weekend for a wedding, but we’d definitely like to return for a longer stay in the future. Thanks again Wendy
