Nestled in peaceful gardens, it’s also a short walk from the picturesque village centre with its cafes, shops and restaurants. Making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing Island break.This well appointed semi-detached house is located in a quiet area just up the road from Seagrove & Seaview Bays. Its fully enclosed back garden offers privacy and space to unwind after a fun day out. Onsite parking is an extra convenience. The living and combined dining room are bright comfortable and open. Patio doors leading to a spacious secured garden with both a patio & outside dining area ensuring a quiet evening relaxation. Comfortable seating in the sitting room provides the ideal place to relax and enjoy your favourite shows on Smart/ Sky TV after a busy day out exploring at the beach. The extendable dining table is perfect for gathering together to plan your day’s activities or share stories of your Island adventures. The modern, newly renovated kitchen features a breakfast bar where guests can chat whilst meals are prepared. Fantastic restful week
By Sarah on 10-Aug-2025We had a fantastic week in sunny side it was very comfortable and welcoming a real home from home. Beautiful views of the Solent and a short walk to the sea. A beautiful area quiet and peaceful.
A lovely home for a holiday
By Patricia on 10-Aug-2025Sunnyside is a lovely home with a nice garden in an excellent location. There is a nice walk from the property down to Priory Bay which I did most days. The house was very clean and there was a lovely welcome pack with tea, coffee and biscuits. The kitchen had everything you need to make a meal so no complaints.
Great Location
By Emily Winchester on 22-Sep-2025Great location close to the beach and restaurants in seaview. Nice quiet street with minimal noise. Great for dogs as enclosed garden. Property was good apart from the main bedroom where it was stated as super king bed but there were two single mattresses which didn’t fit the bedframe so this was uncomfortable
Our autumn holiday
By Kevin Pillen on 05-Oct-2025A lovely clean property, ideally located near enough to ryde and st helens and allover. Extremely peaceful even with being on the bus route with a stop conveniently close by. The back garden is the perfect place to watch the squirrels regular visits, much to the amusement of the granddaughter. Will definitely return next year with the family.
