Wow. Swallow barn - One of the best we've stayed in.

By Wendy S on 11-Jan-2020

My family and I stayed at Swallow Barn for New Year and had a fantastic week together. We found the property very homely and clean with everything we needed. We enjoyed having fires in the log burner whilst playing games and having some quality time. The property is ideally located with wonderful views and is only a short drive to several large supermarkets. Our dog also had the pleasure of being at the property with us and enjoyed his holiday in large garden which was secure for him to play. We enjoyed days out on a boat at Lake Windermere and a hike at Helvellyn which had breathtaking views, well worth a visit! We are a family who have travelled and hired various properties in various countries over the years and we found Swallow Barn to be one of the best. Thank you Ahmad and Andrea for letting us have the opportunity of staying and being fantastic from initial booking right through to the end of our stay.  We highly recommend staying at Swallow Barn and hope to return sometime in the future.  Wendy S and Family
