The Esplanade apartment is situated on the ground floor of the building, the other two apartments named The Lookout and The Aspect are located on the second floor.

Tastefully furnished with period features the Esplanade apartment is in a superb location, being only yards from the beach and a few minutes walk to the many shops, bars and restaurants.

Wyndham Court is perfectly placed for taking leisurely strolls along the unspoiled seafront with its wide expansive pebbly beach, which gives way to golden sands at low tide. Spend lazy days on the beach relaxing in a deck chair, or alternatively in this delightful, spacious apartment looking out to the sea and watching the world go by.

Shops and amenities are all close at hand including bars ,restaurants, cinema, theatre, bowls, tennis and swimming pool. Perfectly placed for exploring the Jurassic coastline and its spectacular walks.Unfortunately due to restrictions in lease no persons under 18years of age is allowed to reside in the building.

Sidmouth Seafront Finbarr’s apartment is fabulous. Perfectly positioned on the seafront - so lovely to see and hear the waves and easy to access all of Sidmouth’s facilities. The apartment itself has everything you would need and is well furnished and comfortable. The welcome cream tea was a lovely touch. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great Break Lovely apartment, well equipped and cosy. Overlooking the sea, was so relaxing and peaceful. Sidmouth was a little jewel we hadn’t visited before but we will definitely be back. And hopefully to the same apartment.

Fantastic location in a lovely town Really enjoyed our stay. Sidmouth is a lovely town and this apartment is in a great location right on the seafront. The flat is well equipped and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Would come again. I have no hesitation recommending this place.
