Home from home

We’ve been visiting with our kids regularly for about 18 years in various cottages - all of them are fabulous This year we stayed in the Coach House, the largest of the cottages, featuring the most beautiful walled garden, which is totally private. Bedrooms are beautiful, kitchen, bathrooms and lounge area also great. Our kids are now 19 & 17, so we go surfing at Watergate Bay quite a bit and eat at the fabulous Beach Hut. It’s only a 25 min drive and the dog loves it too. Edie’s Kitchen in Carlyon Bay (5 mins) is also a must visit for fine dining. Polkerris Beach also sports a couple of good eateries. I can’t recommend the cottages enough - Jo and her team look after the guests so well and the garden provides an idyllic backdrop.
Conveniently located
By Tom on 02-Aug-2025We had a lovely stay at Jo’s place. Surrounded by nature and conveniently located. We stayed there with our two young children and Jo made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

A most beautiful haven of peace
