The Barn is a spacious two bedroomed ground floor barn conversion offering comfortable self catering holiday accommodation with views over the garden and courtyard, perfectly located for easy access to both the North and South coasts. From the well equipped modern kitchen, an archway leads to a living room with sofa, chairs and large TV. Both bedrooms lead off from the living room.The accommodation: Kitchen with farmhouse table, electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. Living room with comfortable sofa, chairs and TV. Double bedroom with zip and link beds to form a king size bed or two singles. Single bedroom. Tiled shower-room with shower cubicle, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Services: Heating by electric radiators, WiFi. Included: Bed linen (duvets) and towels .Cot and Highchair available. Use of garden with BBQ and summerhouse .Parking. Maximum 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Non-Smoking

Great place to stay
By Amy on 08-Jul-2023This was a great place to stay! It had a large, well equipped eat-in kitchen with wonderful lighting, and plenty of space for cooking. Everything in the cottage was sparkling clean and well cared for. For two adults, there was plenty of space to stretch out and relax for a weeklong stay. The cottage is centrally located in a quiet location within easy distance of major attractions in West Penwith. The evening walks in the neighborhood were a favorite for us. Angela was gracious and welcoming, and available to answer questions about the area. We strongly recommend this cottage and host.
