Looking for a romantic break in Cornwall or quiet family escape? The Granary is a beautifully redecorated, modern apartment nestled on a peaceful farm just outside St Ives. With its serene countryside setting, sea views, and direct access to the South West Coastal Path, it’s perfect for couples looking to slow down and enjoy a quieter side of the Cornish coast.The space is cosy, contemporary, and immaculately clean—ideal for couples, but we also happily welcome small families. Kids will love meeting our friendly goat Murphy, and playing outdoors or using the indoor games room (shared with other cottages). There’s plenty of space to roam and explore, with safe farm surroundings that feel tucked away from it all.
You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, guest laundry facilities, and thoughtful touches to welcome you. Russell, your host, is always nearby if you need anything and happy to share tips for the best local spots.

Took the dog for the first time and he was also catered for impeccably. Hopefully more again this time next year. A gem.

Easy access to The Tinners Way to get to Zennor or tother way to St Ives. The accommodation was very comfortable and relaxing and couldn't have chosen a more ideal location for our break.
