Kev and Tori welcome you to Trerice Holiday Barns, where we aim to provide a home from home experience for our guests. Set in beautiful rural surroundings in North Cornwall but only 4 miles from Newquay and all of the fabulous North Cornwall beaches including Fistral, Holywell and Crantock. We are only a couple of miles from the A30 making us ideally situated to make the most of all that this fantastic county has to offer.
The Hayloft is a 2 bedroom (one king and one twin), detached, dog friendly, two storey barn conversion. On the ground floor there are the two bedrooms and a bathroom whilst on the first floor, making the most of the amazing rural views, there is a large open plan living/kitchen/dining room with a vaulted ceiling and traditional beams. This is fully equipped with a 40" flatscreen TV, DVD player, Digital radio/CD player and docking station as well as a large collection of DVDs, books (adults and children) and board games as well as a woodburner for cosy, winter evenings. You and/or your pooches are bound to appreciate this after a day spent walking on the numerous dog friendly beaches, the South West coast path or the lovely woodland walks in the area.
The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with everything you could need including a dishwasher, washing machine and an extendable dining table.
All of the beds are made with 100% cotton bedding and large, fluffy towels are provided for each guest. There are stripped wooden floors throughout the property that are easy to keep clean after sandy beach visits!
The Hayloft is fully centrally heated making it great for winter breaks when Cornwall is at its rugged best.
Cot (bedding not provided), high chair and stair gate are available at no extra cost.
Outside there is a large private, decking area with table, chairs and a parasol. This area is perfect for BBQs (BBQ provided) and looks out onto the large garden (shared with two other properties) with swings, outside seating and garden games. There is also a large shed containing beach equipment for guests to borrow (bodyboards, windbreaks, mallets, buckets and spades). The shed is secure and can be used to store surfboards, bicycles, kayaks etc.
There is a parking space allocated for The Hayloft.
Short breaks are available outside of the school holidays with flexible arrival days. Changeover day is Friday during school holidays.
All linens, bath and hand towels are provided at no extra cost. You only need to bring beach towels.
Central heating and electricity costs are all included in the price.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome at no extra cost.
Deposit payable on booking is 1/3 and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
