‘We have had several summer holidays now at Flat 1 in 8 The Parade in Swanage and it’s a real treat. Amazing views across the bay unlike anywhere else. Easy access to town and beach and off street parking. The living space is large and perfect for families. Lovely new kitchen with all you need including washing machine and dryer. Small bathroom but a good shower and there is another toilet downstairs which is convenient. Bedrooms are all downstairs in the basement and are spacious enough for our large family and the children enjoy being together. There was a strange smell at first where the flat had been closed up but a quick chat to the owner and this was identified as a problem with another nearby flat that is being resolved. We take our small dog with permission and although there is no garden it is straight out of the front door to a lovely walk by the sea. We have already booked back in for nxt year and can''t wait.
First of all, many thanks for the use of your lovely flat on the Parade in Swanage last weekend. It is nicely decorated and comfortably furnished, and the kitchen is a pleasure to prepare a meal for the whole group in. Your provision of towels and bed linen makes packing quicker and easier, and is much appreciated. Everyone in our group loved the flat and were delighted to hear that I had sent you a booking request for next year before this year''''s festival had even started. They will be very upset to hear that it had already been booked, so much so that I suspect that we won''''t come to the festival next year.
Thank you so much for accommodating us on our first big family short stay. Since taking a pic of advert when I was in Swanage last month we were really excited about bringing more of the family to see the beauty of the area, the fact that the apartment was ''a stones throw away'' made this stay exactly what we all wanted. The beauty of the apartment is waking up with the beautiful sea views and being so central to going for a swim, grabbing a bite to eat as well as buying the essentials. We enjoyed chilling by the sea and going for a swim, eating plenty of ice cream. Gee Whites pizza was enjoyed after a lazy day at the beach. We took the No.50 Purbeck Breezer and loved sitting upstairs on the open top bus enjoying the ferry and the beautiful views. the flat was ver spacious and well furnished with plenty of equipment. thank you for a truly wonderful experience. Beautiful location , roomy , comfy ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property is a gem , Location perfect , on the seafront . Minutes from all amenities. Clean , comfortable living areas . Television , WiFi , Parking at rear . Fully equipped Kitchen ,dishwasher, washing machine , Fridge , Freezer . Toilet x2 . Shower and bath . Bedrooms 1 with Kingsize bed (so comfortable) Bedroom 2 comfortable double bed sink unit , wardrobe space +++ 3rd Bedroom large room with 4 single beds , cot, and Sofa bed , Television and still loads of room . After staying in a few different locations in Swanage over the last 5 years, we all agree that this is by far the best!
