Outstanding

By Neil Lever on 15-Nov-2021

Swallow Lodge was exceptional. Just as it appeared in the photos. Really well appointed and maintained and one of, if not the best, property rentals that we’ve had anywhere in the world. Just perfect location and ideal for the dog as well. Location was spot on for all the local villages and walks abound. Lovely and warm inside & showers were brilliant. Communication with David was 5*. Nothing more to be said.

Marko's Review

25 Jan - 28 Jan 2019 "Swallow Lodge" Marko Overall rating Public review What a great find, we had a great few days staying at Swallow Lodge. The building was nice and cosy even in the middle of the winter thanks to the underfloor heating and log fire. The amenities were brilliant, the kitchen had everything you need to cook and clean (the dishwasher was great). The lodge itself is in a secluded spot, a 15-minute walk from any other buildings so it was nice to be away from it all. David was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Would really recommend staying here

James's Review

8 Mar - 11 Mar 2019 "Swallow Lodge" James Overall rating Public review Show reply Awesome cabin. Everything you would need, full kitchen facilities local pubs, multiple bathrooms. Won't hesitate to return Private note Really enjoyed the cabin. The only thing I did notice was when the upstairs toilet was used that the waste pipe seemed to be next to my head on the ground floor bedroom and takes you by surprise in the night. Other than that it was great.
