Description
Wells is one of the most attractive towns on the North Norfolk Coast, an unspoilt seaside destination, waiting to be discovered. Quayside Court, as its name suggests, is new development of luxury apartments located on Wells quay itself.
Sit on the balcony and watch the sunset over the ever changing, tidal channel and beautiful salt marshes. Watch as the tide ebbs and flows, the fishing boats come and go and children fish for crabs.
Apartment 2 is on one level, located on the first floor, accessed by stairs or lift, and boasts spectacular sea views from both the sitting room and master bedroom. It has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard, combining comfort and elegance.
The accommodation is spacious and comprises an entrance hall, two large en-suite bedrooms and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area.

Two windows with fantastic harbour and sea views, double bed with bedside cabinets, and fitted bedroom furniture offering extensive drawer and wardrobe space. Luxury en-suite bathroom (with over bath shower) basin and toilet. Shaver point.
Bedroom 2
Large window with town view, two single beds with bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Luxury en-suite shower room with large shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Shaver point.

Covered parking space for one car in private courtyard to rear.

Notes:
The apartment will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival, and we would be grateful if you could 'check out' by 10 am on the day of departure. We will always advise if it is possible to alter these times.
Strictly NO pets or smoking.
A small discount may be available for stays of 5 or 6 nights. Minimum stay is usually 3 nights, but where other bookings have left a 2-night gap, I will be happy to quote a price for the short break. Please contact me for details.

Plenty to watch from the balcony with fishing boats and yachts going past to the numerous birds on the marshes, we saw a spoonbill, first time ever. A parking space and close walking distance to shops and restaurants of which there are many make this an ideal place to stay, with the beach a 30 minute walk up the spit, (there is a bus in high season if needed). If you are lucky enough to experience warm weather as well it’s heaven.
A perfect holiday location

When we could walk no longer, there was so much to enjoy right outside the window. we set up a telescope,and didn't switch the television on all week. The apartment was well appointed, warm and comfortable. There was a lift for those of us who are no longer sprightly, which accommodated my wheelchair. What more could anyone want!

Home from home

It's well appointed (we did bring our own espresso machine but three minutes walk away the Maltings serves excellent coffee), warm and comfortable. The freezer is small but adequate. The underfloor heating is very efficient and there's plenty of room to hang out washing. The cooker and microwave are easy to use and efficient and there are enough pots and pans for most cooking purposes, though we did buy a larger seive from the nearby hardware store. The shopping in Wells is excellent and only a few minutes walk from the apartment, as is the fish & chip restaurant/take-away and a splendid choice of pubs and other eateries. Other pubs, restaurants and attractions in the area are easily accessible by bus if you don't (like me) want to drive. But I've saved the best till last - the view. Stunning and ever-changing it makes this apartment an all-weather, all-season delight.

By Alison Todd on 21-Mar-2026Good communication and instructions from the owner. On entering the lounge you have a wow factor moment of the views. The apartment was spacious and had a home from home feel. Parking space for one car. Will definitely be returning.
