Description


Wells is one of the most attractive towns on the North Norfolk Coast, an unspoilt seaside destination, waiting to be discovered. Quayside Court, as its name suggests, is new development of luxury apartments located on Wells quay itself.

Sit on the balcony and watch the sunset over the ever changing, tidal channel and beautiful salt marshes. Watch as the tide ebbs and flows, the fishing boats come and go and children fish for crabs.
Apartment 2 is on one level, located on the first floor, accessed by stairs or lift, and boasts spectacular sea views from both the sitting room and master bedroom. It has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard, combining comfort and elegance.

The accommodation is spacious and comprises an entrance hall, two large en-suite bedrooms and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area.

Two comfortable contemporary leather settees, stylish modern flame-effect electric fire, TV, video and dvd player, bookcase with games and books, nest of coffee tables, cd and tape player and an i-pod dock. French doors to balcony furnished with bistro set (small table and two chairs).

Kitchen area:
With granite work surfaces and plenty of cupboard space, oven and hob, integrated refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer-drier. Microwave, toaster and new dinner set and kitchen ware.

Bedroom 1
Two windows with fantastic harbour and sea views, double bed with bedside cabinets, and fitted bedroom furniture offering extensive drawer and wardrobe space. Luxury en-suite bathroom (with over bath shower) basin and toilet. Shaver point.

Bedroom 2
Large window with town view, two single beds with bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Luxury en-suite shower room with large shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Shaver point.

Covered parking space for one car in private courtyard to rear.

Notes:
The apartment will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival, and we would be grateful if you could 'check out' by 10 am on the day of departure. We will always advise if it is possible to alter these times.

Strictly NO pets or smoking.

A small discount may be available for stays of 5 or 6 nights. Minimum stay is usually 3 nights, but where other bookings have left a 2-night gap, I will be happy to quote a price for the short break. Please contact me for details.

Short birthday break

Fantastic stay albeit too short. Lovely views from the balcony. Everything you need is here in this apartment. Super comfy bed (a must for me) Great host Would certainly recommend Goes to show we loved it as coming back on December and July.

We were so fortunate to find this perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday in North Norfolk.. Having only been a day visitor to Wells in the past, we have discovered so much more in this idyllic setting. The apartment is very comfortable, well appointed and provides a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views over the harbour from the Juliet balcony.. The covered allocated car parking space in courtyard is a great asset. Penny, the owner could not be more helpful and welcoming. We have already booked for three more stays in the next twelve months.

Beautiful view onto marshland and sea

It is a very comfortable and very well-equipped apartment with a great view. Nothing was missing. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The location is in the centre of Wells-next-the-sea and perfect to walk to the beach and to discover the North Norfolk Coast. It is very advantageous that a car park belongs to the apartment.

Lovely apartment with a fantastic view over Wells quayside, 2 en-suite double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and an allocated parking space, which is a real bonus in Wells. Penny answered any questions we had very quickly (by email) and the information she provided, both relating to the apartment and Wells in general, were top notch.

Excellent place for a holiday with friends

We picked the flat at Quayside in Wells next to sea as we were two couples who wanted to explore the North Norfolk coast and this was in the middle of everything. Whichever way we drove, it was never more than 45 minutes to somewhere beautiful and interesting. The flat was perfect as it had 2 ensuite bedrooms and a small balcony overlooking the harbour with endless wonderful views to enjoy. We took so many photos. Wells has plenty of places to eat and drink and a wonderful beach. We did a boat trip around the marshes, loved it. I would highly recommend the accommodation, it met all our needs and has parking too. We loved the area, never been before but would definitely come back.
