Fantastic stay albeit too short. Lovely views from the balcony. Everything you need is here in this apartment. Super comfy bed (a must for me) Great host Would certainly recommend Goes to show we loved it as coming back on December and July.
We were so fortunate to find this perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday in North Norfolk.. Having only been a day visitor to Wells in the past, we have discovered so much more in this idyllic setting. The apartment is very comfortable, well appointed and provides a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views over the harbour from the Juliet balcony.. The covered allocated car parking space in courtyard is a great asset. Penny, the owner could not be more helpful and welcoming. We have already booked for three more stays in the next twelve months.

It is a very comfortable and very well-equipped apartment with a great view. Nothing was missing. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The location is in the centre of Wells-next-the-sea and perfect to walk to the beach and to discover the North Norfolk Coast. It is very advantageous that a car park belongs to the apartment.
Lovely apartment with a fantastic view over Wells quayside, 2 en-suite double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and an allocated parking space, which is a real bonus in Wells. Penny answered any questions we had very quickly (by email) and the information she provided, both relating to the apartment and Wells in general, were top notch.
We picked the flat at Quayside in Wells next to sea as we were two couples who wanted to explore the North Norfolk coast and this was in the middle of everything. Whichever way we drove, it was never more than 45 minutes to somewhere beautiful and interesting. The flat was perfect as it had 2 ensuite bedrooms and a small balcony overlooking the harbour with endless wonderful views to enjoy. We took so many photos. Wells has plenty of places to eat and drink and a wonderful beach. We did a boat trip around the marshes, loved it. I would highly recommend the accommodation, it met all our needs and has parking too. We loved the area, never been before but would definitely come back.
