Description


This beautiful 3 bedroom property resides on a quiet road in Angmering-on-sea East Preston Is available to Non-smoking guests only. It’s close to the local shops and cafes and only 8 minutes walk from the beach.

The kitchen is huge with dining for 8 and 4 seats at the breakfast bar. There is a utility room with dishwasher and washing machine. Wifi and surround sound tv and Bose sound bar in the lounge alongside the stunning electric fire. There’s also a downstairs loo. Beautiful back garden which is secure and has all the garden furniture you’ll need.

Dogs are allowed in living areas only and not the Bedrooms please.

There is an upstairs Master Bed (either a King Size or Twin can be configured) and Bath plus a Double with en-suite. The downstairs single bedroom has the option to use an additional pullout with mattress and use of a sleeping bag or normal bedding as required.

The Property is a 8 minute walk from East Preston Beach.
There are local Tennis courts and a local cricket pitch. Bookings are Friday to Friday.

All bedding and towels are provided (1 hand and 1 bath). There’s a washing line, pegs. Washing up liquid, all linen for the kitchen diner are also included. Condiments, dishwasher tabs, Kitchen paper towels and loo rolls in each of the 3 bathrooms are all provided.
We also provide, tea, coffee, and pantry items to get you started.

Everything you could need in a holiday home

We and our two dogs thoroughly enjoyed this well equipped, comfortable home - it really did have everything, including dog blankets, dog bowl and dog towels, as well as a small safe garden. The access to the beach is not only very interesting, with private roads of individual housing, but the beach itself is huge at low tide and we were able to walk for some distance on lovely hard sand. Both the dogs (Holly and Benjie) love the sea so it was a real treat for them too. Ronnie's communication prior to and during the holiday were exceptional and the little treats left for us were much appreciated.

Lovely property, great location

We had an extended stay whilst we relocated to West Sussex. The property has everything you could need, the stylish kitchen is of particular note being fully equipped for every day living. There was plenty of room for off-road parking for several cars and the private garden was a lovely space, though we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy this much due to the poor weather! The property is a conveniently located, only a short stroll to both the local shops and beach. Ronnie was always available if we needed anything and kept in contact throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. We would recommend staying at this property if you are looking for accommodation in the area.

Home from home

A lovely chalet bungalow larger than it appears. In particular it has a spacious well appointed Kitchen / diner having bi-folding doors which open onto a secluded garden. The property was presented in a very clean and tidy manner . The property provides good accommodation with two first floor bathrooms a ground floor cloakroom. TV is available with Sky sports too ! The property is located in a wonderful residential area and the East Preston beach is a short walk where dogs are welcomed all year round !. Ronnie was always friendly and willing to assist, making sure our stay went well. Highly Recommended.
