This charming 3 bedroom property resides on a quiet road in Angmering-on-sea East Preston Is available to Non-smoking guests only. It’s close to the local shops and cafes and only 8 minutes walk from the beach. Also a 10 minute drive to the South Downs.The best value for money holiday home in the area

Redecorated in 2025. The kitchen is huge with dining for 6 and 4 seats at the breakfast bar. There is a utility room with dishwasher and washing machine. Wifi and surround sound tv and Bose sound bar in the lounge alongside the stunning electric fire. There’s also a downstairs loo. Beautiful back garden which is secure and has all the garden furniture you’ll need.
Dogs you are allowed in living areas only and not the Bedrooms and please ensure your humans stay you at all times whilst you are indoors.
There is an upstairs Master Bed (either a King Size or Twin can be configured) and Bath plus a Double with en-suite shower room. The downstairs single bedroom has the option to use an additional pullout with mattress and use of a sleeping bag or normal bedding as required.
The Property is a 8 minute walk from East Preston Beach and a 10 minute drive to the South Downs National Park.
There are local Tennis courts and a local cricket pitch. Bookings are normally Friday to Friday.
All bedding and towels are provided (1 hand and 1 bath). There’s a washing line, pegs. Washing up liquid, all linen for the kitchen diner are also included. Condiments, dishwasher tabs, Kitchen paper towels and loo rolls in each of the 3 bathrooms are all provided.
We also provide, tea, coffee, and pantry items to get you started.

Another brilliant stay at this home-from-home accommodation

There is little that I can add to all the other comments from those lucky enough to have sampled the delights of Ronnie's home-from-home idyll, except to say thank you Ronnie for another memorable holiday. A real gem of a property

Great place to stay!

The bungalow was lovely and the two dogs loved the beach walks. Ronnie was on hand if we needed anything too. We would definitely recommend this lovely place to stay. Thankyou Ronnie .

By Jenny Mansfield on 16-May-2026We enjoyed our stay in this holiday let. Ronnie catered for everything! The place was set to a very high standard with a welcome pack provided, even a bottle of wine! We visited the lovely beaches nearby with our two dogs and they also enjoyed playing in the garden with our grand daughter. We would definitely stay here again!

A winter holiday at Vermont Drive!

Finding our destination was easy and the accommodation ’ how to’ guide provided all the information needed for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay in this high end, warm, everything provided accommodation. Situated within walking distance of the beach and shops, and close to many south coast areas of interest, Vermont Drive is the perfect location. The dog friendly, totally enclosed garden was excellent.

Great place to stay with a dog
By Fiona Duggan-Rees on 20-Dec-2025My family spent our Christmas break here with our dog. The kitchen area is very well stocked. With all needed to cook & bake if required. Plenty of glasses & China. The area is lovely & close to the beach. The property was beautiful warm with plenty of hot water. We will hopefully visit again. Ronnie was always at hand if required & very helpful.
