Description

This stunning coastal retreat offers comfortable and stylish accommodation, within walking distance of the popular seaside town of Westward Ho! in North Devon.

The property has been arranged with a reverse-level layout where you will find the spacious and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner.

The light and inviting lounge is a delightful space for relaxing in, complete with Smart TV, and DVD. French doors lead out onto the balcony where you can take in the views or have extended room to enjoy breakfast.

There’s a spacious combined kitchen and dining area, and you will find the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, while a separate utility room downstairs houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bedrooms are on the ground floor, there is a king-size bedroom 1 with en-suite shower room. one further king-size bedroom 2 with en-suite shower room with zip-and-link beds (which can be made into twin bedroom on request prior to arrival), plus one super-king bedroom 3 with zip-and-link beds, (which can be made into twin bedroom on request prior to arrival).

The en-suite king size bedrooms enjoy access to the garden through French doors and have been decorated with stylish soft furnishings. Also on this floor is a contemporary bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC for bedroom 3 to use. .

Stepping outside, you can relax at the end of a great day in the enclosed garden with patio seating areas with charcoal BBQ and private hot tub. There’s an outside shower if you need to wash off sandy dogs or wetsuits after a fun packed day at the beach. Off-road parking for two cars can be found at the front of the property.

Just a short stroll away you will find the popular seaside town of Westward Ho! and its many amenities, including independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Golfing enthusiasts can walk to the Royal North Devon Golf Club, which is adjacent to the property and offers guests use of the bar, restaurant and the pitch and putt. On a calm day, take a boat trip to the peaceful island of Lundy, which lies 12 miles off the coast and is home to large colonies of puffins and seals.
Short breaks available from November to March. Minimum stay 3 nights.

Easy walking distance to the centre of westward ho and the beautiful Appledore. We all really enjoyed our stay and are considering when we can next return! Bad Points− Couldn’t fault it!
