Leave ReviewGreat Place To stay!
By Monica on 23-Mar-2025Great place to stay. We enjoyed the quiet and the privacy. Still lots places to visit for next time.
We loved staying at the cottage
By Ashley on 15-Jan-2025We loved staying at the cottage! It was perfect for our family and had all the things we needed for our kids. It felt very private and peaceful. We were able to check in early and there is just so much to do on the Isle of Wight as a family (even in the winter). The beds were comfy and the floors had heating in the kitchen! It was a dreamy holiday!
Lovely Time
By Karen on 23-Aug-2024Our family of five had a lovely time at 1 Dairy and found some very nice and unexpected touches such as a box of age appropriate toys for our toddler and games for the older two. Kristina and family were excellent hosts, the property was immaculate, and when our kids somehow managed to break a ceramic toilet roll holder, they declined our offer to pay for a replacement as “these things happen” which was very kind. The towels and bedding were super luxurious and comfortable, and we greatly appreciated the ikea cot and mattress rather than a travel cot as we’ve had in other places. The master bed was brilliant - so much so that we are looking to buy a similar one for ourselves! The master bathroom was lovely, and the shower water pressure was brilliant - we also really appreciated the skylights for letting in fresh air. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it!
Lovely place
By Rebecca on 17-Aug-2024Lovely place, just right for a family. It was really helpful that the host had left some brochures on the Isle of Wight in the kitchen so we could plan our days out. Accurate information about the amenities. The hot tub was great and easy to use. It added to the lovely, relaxed atmosphere of the place. Really friendly host who communicated well prior to our stay and sent us information on how to get to the Dairy, which we located quickly and easily. We all had a great time staying there and would highly recommend to others.

Enjoyed our stay
By Alasdair on 14-Oct-2023We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 1 The Diary. The accommodation was very clean and well appointed. It’s in a very convenient and peaceful location with easy access to the whole island. Kristina was discreet but ensured that we had everything we needed. We are only sorry that we only stayed four nights!
