The Villa:
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
Off street parking leads to the raised front terrace with ample seating and shade and access to the large private pool. The pool is surrounded by various seating and sunbathing areas including a shaded swing bench.
In through the front door opens to the spacious lounge and dinning area and separate kitchen. There is also private seating at the rear of the property. Double doors to all rooms open up to allow lots of natural light and amazing views of the mountains.
Head up the stairs to find 3 large bedrooms, one double with ensuite and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and dressing tables. There are also a single camp bed and a double blow up bed for extra guests.
A further flight of stairs heads up to the panoramic roof terrace with views of the mountains and the Mediterranean, ideal for a sundowner.
The property has everything required for a relaxing stay, just 10 minutes walk into the village where you can find local coffee shops and basic amenities and a 15 minute drive to the ancient harbour of Kyrenia. The nearest beach is just a 5 minute drive. Catalkoy is a popular place to stay.
There is a book in the property with lots of local recommendations of things to do and places to eat and drink.
The property is fully managed so problems are always quickly overcome.

Leave ReviewA lovely detached villa in a quiet location
By Richard Sharman on 12-Nov-2025We booked this detached villa for a 4day break in mid November. It was perfect for us (a couple) but would be equally perfect for large families. It was spacious, clean, extremely well furnished and had everything you could possibly wish for including a water cooler, Satellite TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and all the UK tv channels, a bath, sunbeds, lots of quality outdoor furniture for dining, relaxing or sunbathing, a roof terrace with amazing views of the sea and mountains and a swimming pool that was sparklingly clean. We particularly liked the garden which was very private and had wonderful views from the kitchen terrace where we enjoyed our breakfasts looking out to the mountains. The villa is located in a quiet no through road, but is only 5minutes from the main coast road by car giving easy access Kyrenia or to the beautiful sandy beaches as far as the Karpas Peninsular national park. Steve, the host who lives nearby was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again when we next visit this side of the island.
Such a lovely place to stay!
By Sarah on 04-Nov-2025Such a lovely place to stay! We had an amazing time here! The house is really spacious with three comfy bedrooms and everything you could possibly need. Having a dishwasher and washing machine was super handy, and the welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived was such a thoughtful touch. The pool was gorgeous — we spent loads of time just relaxing by it. The owners were so friendly and helpful, even giving us a great car rental contact which made exploring really easy. The area felt really safe and welcoming, and we absolutely adored Luna, the neighborhood dog, who popped in for fuss now and then — she totally stole our hearts! Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It really felt like a home away from home, and we'll definitely come back again!!!

The kids loved the pool, and the location is perfect — a peaceful area yet only a 5-minute drive to the sea and within walking distance to restaurants and Lesland Luna Park. The villa is spacious, clean, and very family-friendly. We loved the terrace with the mountain view and enjoyed morning yoga there. Recommend for families looking for a relaxing getaway.
Amazing last minute booking

We expected that the property would not be as good as the one we wanted due to the price. How wrong we were!!! We have already booked this property again for next year, it was fabulous and exactly what we wanted. The hosts were close by and always on hand to help and advise us. The property was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed, a truly great price for Catalkoy where we have been going for years.
