Description
Villa Morrin is spacious, well furnished and equipped to the highest standards.Our villa is just 200 metres from Nissi Beach, probably the most famous on Cyprus with it's enticing white sand, clear turquoise water and abundant water sports.
Also towards Ayia Thekla, within a 10 minute walk of the villa are the quieter but equally beautiful and stunning white sandy beaches of Landa and Makronisos, all the beaches have blue flag designation.
Our detached villa is 98 m2 in area on a large 360 m2 plot and is in the quieter part of Ayia Napa and yet only a few minutes stroll from the excellent local shops,supermarket, bars and restaurants.
The main square of Ayia Napa with it's cosmopolitan clubs and bars is just a 5 minute taxi ride away.
The private tiled pool, which catches the sun all day from late morning, has steps leading down into the shallow end; ideal for children.
Wine and dine al fresco on the rear patio beside the pool, a perfect reason to use our traditional Cypriot charcoal barbecue, watching the sunset in the evening.
Grab a cold drink and retreat from the heat of the day under the cool shaded pergola.
With one double, one twin bedroom and a double sofa bed the villa is ideal for families, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with extra wardrobe space on the landing outside the bedrooms.
There are plenty of activities in the surrounding area for you to see and do during your holiday.
Lots of our guests come to Cyprus to attend weddings, they tell us that they prefer to chill out and get ready for the wedding in the more spacious and relaxed atmosphere of our villa than in a hotel bedroom.
Our villa is the perfect location for a wedding, ideally situated near to all the most popular wedding hotels in the area. The Nissi Beach, the Aeneas and Adams Beach Hotels are all within a 5 minute walk; the Olympic Lagoon and Dome Hotels are a short taxi ride away.
The Waterworld waterpark is a 5min drive from our villa which is brilliant for families.

Fantastic relaxing haven
By Kelly Dyson on 17-Aug-2026A fantastic stay at Villa Morrin. The villa was clean, spacious and just wonderful. Everything and more has been thought of. Carol has been amazing from enquiring about our stay to arriving and any other questions in between. Communication is 5star. We hired a car which Carol recommend us and that was great, met at the airport friendly helpful service. Pool guy comes twice a week to clean and maintain, and Karen arrives on a Monday to change bedding, towels etc. lovely people and happy to chat about local things to do and recommend. Visiting with my autistic son who’s 9 he absolutely adored the pool all to himself which was lovely to see!! He likes his own space and quiet so this was a total win win, we had a few chill nights on the villa and ate out a couple of nights too on the Ayia Napa strip. Plenty of choice for bars and restaurants 10 mins walk and your on the main row of shops, bars and restaurants to fill your evening. If you are travelling very late which we did, didnt arrive till 12 midnight and were hungry and had no drink so we had a short walk to the end of the road and there was a convenience shop which sold so much choice of snacks, drink, toilettes and also cooked fresh menu fast food which was fantastic! The staff were so friendly too and welcomed us to Cyprus! Nissi beach is just 5-8 mins walk across the road which is great, the clearest waters you’ll ever see. Paphos zoo we visited and wow is a must go! Fed the elephant which was a life memory and the Lemur walk through was chaos and hilarious!! My husband was especially happy as on the way back he hunted down Britain got talent Stavros Flatley in his beach hut on Paphos beach which made his day!! All in all a fantastic villa, great location, great friendly welcoming people. The only negative I would say is young guys with motorbikes and quads v late at night zooming past the villas complex v noisy but this is no one’s fault and stops after a while. Thanks Carol & Dave we’ve loved it!!

The place to stay
By Mark on 20-Jul-2026Several times in the past few years we have visited. Improvements evident every year, so this villa sees more than static upkeep, it’s growing each year. It’s tidy, functional, well located, roomy. All in all it’s great, and the interaction with the owner is top notch. Make this villa your choice in Cyprus, you won’t regret it. Love it.
Location location location
By Nic woods on 06-Jul-2026This is my second time staying at the villa and it’s such a good find!! First of all, Carol is so so helpful. She answers all the annoying questions I had for her, organised us a taxi from the airport and kept us upto date on anything happening during our stay (sirens ringing due to a national remembrance) The villa is so well equipped with anything and everything you might need - the pool is a great size, plenty of sunbeds, bbq is amazing, huge fridge, powerful air con, and they refurbed shower was a great addition this year - but the location is so he best thing - 5 minute walk from nissi beach and the Adams beach hotel (we loved having a sunset cocktail at glasshouse) a bakery 5 mins away for a morning coffee and pastry - and a short walk down nissi avenue to great bars and restaurants.

From the moment you arrive, it feels like a home away from home—beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Carol and David are exceptional hosts. They are genuinely warm, welcoming, and always go above and beyond to make sure every stay is perfect. Their attention to detail and the care they put into the villa is evident in every aspect, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Over the years, we've created so many wonderful memories here, one being my son’s wedding last week and each visit has been just as enjoyable as the last. It's rare to find somewhere that consistently exceeds expectations year after year, but this villa certainly does. We couldn't recommend it more highly. If you're looking for a relaxing, beautifully cared-for place to stay with hosts who truly care about their guests, this is it. Thank you, Carol and David, for 15 years of unforgettable holidays—we're already looking forward to our next visit!

The villa was immaculate, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. Having the beautiful beaches so close by makes a difference too! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Their attention to detail and hospitality really made us feel at home. Thank you for helping create memories that we will treasure forever. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate the start of our married life together.
