Meet the team
Real people, based in the UK. When you call us, one of these faces answers.
Tim
FounderTim founded Simply Owners in 2016 on a simple belief: owners and travellers should connect directly, without unnecessary costs or middlemen. As Managing Director, he's challenged industry norms with a no-fee direct booking model that gives owners more control and travellers better value, and he keeps looking for ways to make online rentals simpler, fairer, and more transparent for everyone.

Nothing beats a walk along Bridlington's South Beach followed by fish and chips watching the boats come in.
The people you'll talk to
No call centres and no queues, enquiries land with the people below.
Becky started as a Primary School Teacher, then joined the family business her dad built, part-time in 2019, becoming CEO in 2024. That grounds how she leads: with empathy and clear communication. She's proud to run a platform connecting owners and holidaymakers directly, no fees. In 2026 she won the Shortyz Rising Star award. Outside work Becky can be found volunteering at her local Wildlife Rescue Centre, her nose in a book, or out in the horse field.
I love taking my teenage girls on the rollercoasters. Disney is our favourite place in the world, it's magical! We love the nature reserves in the national parks, watching the manatees, eagles and alligators in the wild is amazing!
Whitby's got two halves and I like both. The gothic east side with the abbey steps and cobbles, then over the bridge to the beach, arcades and fish & chips. Great for adults and enough sand to wear the kid out.
I've been visiting Mallorca since I was a child. I love the island's beautiful beaches, incredible restaurants, fantastic food and wine, and the vibrant shopping scene.
Benalmadena's beaches and seafront promenade make it an easy favourite. It's got relaxed coastal walks, plenty of good tapas bars, and the cable car up Calamorro gives a fantastic view over the whole Costa del Sol coastline.
I've loved visiting Greece in recent years. Hiring a car and driving from picturesque coastlines to mountain villages, every journey offers something new. It's so family-friendly too, we've felt welcomed wherever we've gone.
I like it because of the amazing coastal landscape, the wildlife (Puffins). Beautiful beaches, coastal walks. Nice pubs for food, visit to the lighthouse at Flamborough Head. Its close to Bridlington, Filey and other towns.
Warm beaches, clear water, great food, and a chilled atmosphere — it’s the kind of place where you can switch off, enjoy the coast, and feel like you’re properly on holiday.
Barbados is where I got married, so it'll always have a special place in my heart. White sand, turquoise water and sunshine that makes every day feel like a holiday. Nowhere else leaves me so at peace.
