It is a super detached private villa with 3 double bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to 6 adults. It is located on the prestigious Secret Valley Golf Resort east of Paphos in the south-west of Cyprus and is absolutely perfect for golfers as well as families looking to relax in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Golfers may also wish to take advantage of the adjacent Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort which is just 5km away, also the new Nick Faldo course based only 10 mins away in Geroskipou.
The lounge is well furnished with comfort in mind, 42 inch flat screen TV supported with an Android box now In place accessed via the Internet, DVD player & DVD library in place with over 200 films, FREE WI-FI now in situ! Adjacent to sofa area is a huge dining table that also sits opposite patio doors opening out onto terrace with super pool views offering direct access. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped!
All three bedrooms are on upper level and all have small, private balconies with lovely views. The bedrooms have ceiling fans, A/C units, large fitted wardrobes and comfortable beds.

Secret Valley Resort
Secret Valley, is a golf course situated in an amazing setting located by the renowned area of 'Petra tou Romiou', the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love. It is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations. In terms of sheer playability and enjoyment Secret Valley really is a must for golfing enthusiasts worldwide, the setting is awesome. Sheer tranquillity. The development is conveniently situated for visits to the islands other golf courses including Aphrodite Hills which is but 2 km away, the newly refurbished Minthis Hills (30 mins drive) and the new Faldo designed course called Elia which is just past the airport on the way to Paphos.
The popular villages of Pissouri, Mandria, Kouklia are but a few minutes drive and the main towns of Paphos and Limassol can be reached in under half an hour. Beaches can also be easily be reached at ‘Petra Tou Romiou’, Pissouri & Avdimou and many towards Coral Bay. Polis and Latchi also well worth a visit.
LOCATION:
Ha Potami is situated on a hill overlooking the sea. Surrounded by open countryside with the valley separating the Secret Valley resort from Aphrodite Hills Resort. Both resorts have their own golf courses less than 10 minutes away!
If its peace and quiet you're looking for, with stunning views, a beautiful climate, and everything you could possibly want so you don't even need to leave your own front door, then this is the place.
On the other hand, if you want to sample the delights of the local villages, where there are festivals throughout the year with music and dance, and restaurants where you can enjoy a meal, often with local entertainment thrown in, then there are numerous small villages within a 15 minute drive.
And of course for an exciting night or two out there is Kato Paphos' Bar Street, with endless bars, restaurants and clubs for you to sing and dance the night away (if you can summon up the energy!)
Aphrodite’s Rock is a short drive away, with the lovely mountain village of Pissouri, which has fantastic far reaching views, and the Troodos mountains are well worth a visit, where skiing is available in the winter months.

The outdoor spaces — garden, balcony, and pool — were great at any time of day, whether we were heading out early, relaxing in the evening, or spending a day at the villa with a BBQ. It was also well situated for exploring the rest of the island, which we enjoy doing on each visit. The booking process with Jane was clear and straightforward, with friendly communication throughout. As regular visitors to Cyprus, we value the consistency and reliability of Jane’s service and would happily book with her again. Thanks again for everything. Our second stay at Villa Cherry

Each room has air con plus ceiling fans which are a huge bonus and much healthier than air con. The pool area is large with plenty of sun beds and brollies which was a god send in the heat. We love it so much and have booked again for September. This our 5th booking with Jane, who is so helpful, informative and a delight to book with and makes the whole process quick and easy. Thanks Jane, our next booking with you for 2027 will be on it way soon!
Return visit to Villa Cherry

The booking process, Villa Management, and deposit refund are seamless and trouble free, any minor issues are dealt with in a timely and efficiently manner. This was the 7th booking with “Jane’s Exclusive Sunshine Villas” our 8th trip is already booked for next month, back again to Villa Cherry! Been to Secret Valley a few times, and this year didn’t disappoint!! Didn’t travel quite as much as some years due to high temperatures in the first week; which meant a lot of pool time, and evenings in Pissouri, Mandria, and of course Kouklia,the family favourite!! ( Although that cocktail bar at Mandria beach takes some beating late afternoon!) Had a few bbq’s and generally took it easy.. ideal! Thanks Mike & family-Aug 2025

Fantastic swimming pool and outside seating areas which made pool days and evening meals a delight. The sun sets in full view of the patio which really makes the place feel great in the evenings and the entire neighbourhood is super quiet (you can’t hear any bars/music/ traffic). Location is amazing, with a very well-maintained surrounding area. Close enough to pop to supermarkets, tavernas and beaches but would recommend a car - the villa has off road secure parking so this is great. Aphrodite's beach is literally a 5 min drive and is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again! R. McLennan- June 2025
