Description
Bedrooms & BathroomsThe property has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds and the other has twin beds, which could also accommodate a travel cot if required. There is an en-suite bathroom in bedroom 1 with a shower, WC and sink. There is also a large family bathroom with a shower, bath, WC and sink. On the ground floor there is a shower room with shower, toilet and sink.
General Amenities
- The property has air conditioning and ceiling fans;
- On-site parking is available;
- Internet and TV are provided for entertainment;
- Board games, books and a DVD player are also provided, as well as a full-size Pool Table on the roof;
- Towels are provided as well as a hair dryer, ironing board and iron.
Kitchen
There is a cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, water cooler and coffee machine. A large granite breakfast bar with 4 bar stools if you prefer to eat inside.
Outside Amenities
The property has a large lawn/garden area with a balcony overlooking the beautiful Coral Bay. A swimming pool and pool table area available as well as a large porch/veranda area with patio seating and an outdoor grill.
Ski & Snowboard
You can ski in the Troodos mountains, but it will take you around 1-1.5 hours from the Paphos area to the Troodos Mountains. In Cyprus, snow-skiing can be enjoyed on the slopes of Mount Olympos (1951 metres a.s.l.), from the beginning of January to the end of March. For further information contact Cyprus Ski Club.
Golf
The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the Villa: Tsada, 20 mins drive. Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills, 30 mins drive. It is advisable to book these courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.
This property is not suitable for same sex groups because of its residential position.
Please note that there are some current building works being undertaken in the vicinity. They are not too close to the property and as such, do not consider this will have a detrimental effect on your holiday.

Great Experience
By Mr Brown & Family on 24-Sep-2026As a family of 5 Adults and 2 children we had a great experience at Villa Evelina the 2 weeks we were there good sized pool great views from everywhere clean and tidy good WiFi and tv water machine was a bonus and good pressure on showers we would definitely return here
Great location
By Richard and family on 26-Aug-2026We had a fantastic stay at the villa , situated in a great location with quick access to to beaches and amenities, also an easy drive over the hill to latchi harbour where you can get any boat trip you desire . The management team ie -Debbie was on hand to help , who was lovely , and any issues quickly dealt with . A fantastic safe area . From all of us a massive thank you for allowing us to use the villa , we truly had a wonderful time a very well equipped and stunning villa with sunsets and views to die for . A wonderful stay
By David and Family on 06-Jul-2026Just returned back from a wonderful stay at Evelina Gardens This villa is beautiful and very well equipped The views are breathtaking and so quite up on the mountains Lovely pool which is well looked after Only a 30 minute walk to the closest town where they are plenty of restaurants and bars and a small supermarket Tracey and Mark are on hand if you have a problem Would go back any time David and family
A brilliant place to stay.

Has everything you need, spacious and the roof terrace is amazing. The villa is set is such a peaceful area with views out of this world. There was 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 children. The villa was more than big enough. Mark and Tracey were there to help with any questions we had. Would highly recommend this villa 😊
Great Easter Break
By John Goodfellow on 16-Apr-2025Getting to the villa was only a quick 40 minute drive up the coast from paphos airport. The villa was easy to find with great instructions from the owners. Getting in to the villa was nice and easy. We were given a code for a key safe prior to arrival. First impressions were great. The villa was very clean and tidy with fresh towels, bed sheets and complementary snacks for the little ones. The views were outstanding, lots of games for all, great facilitates for cooking, washing and cleaning. Pool was crystal clear with lots of room to relax on the sun loungers, egg chair or the out side dinning table. Location was perfect. Just a 4 minute drive to local restaurants and supermarkets. This was the perfect family break. Highly recommended.
A Beautiful Month

It is situated on top of the hill with a spectacular panoramic view of the sea from the Sea Caves to Coral Bay and beyond. There is a beautiful roof terrace with seating and dining areas, as well as a pool table. There are other dining areas around the BBQ, the pool and outside the kitchen door, all making for a wonderful holiday experience. The owners and the local manager are always helpful and just a phone call away. I would highly recommend this spacious, well equipped villa for a relaxing holiday.
