Anchor Villa is a superb 3 bed luxury detached bungalow, located in an elevated spectacular position overlooking the village of Peyia offering panoramic sea and mountain views. Firm favourite with many guests returning year on year- check out our reviews! Peyia village centre 2 mins drive or 15 mins walk with coral bay less than 10 mins away!(TOURIST ACCOMODATION LICENCE 0003298)
Anchor Villa is Perfect for families wanting to relax and enjoy a quality time with the kids! Paphos Zoo is only a short drive away and all the beaches have EU blue Flag status. Great for couples wanting to have peace and relaxation. Explore the neighouring villages and visit the wineries close by, drive over to Polis and Latchi and take a boat trip to the Blue Lagoon. No Nightclubs so not for groups of young people wanting to be close to the nightlife!
Enjoy the privacy of your own private pool – larger than the standard pools – this one is 10 m x 5 m and has built in steps for easy access. There are six comfortable sun loungers and sun umbrellas for the shade. Pool towels are supplied and there is a private shower cubicle.
Most of our guests love the covered veranda at the front of the villa as it is a favourite spot for relaxing and alfresco dining or for watching the sunset. At night time you will love the lights and the stars all the way to Paphos and you can look for the light from the Lighthouse at Paphos in the distance.

Living /dining room:
open plan and comfortably furnished with a large cream leather corner sofa and walnut Dining table and chairs and matching units. There is a selection of books for your holiday read and local maps/info. Welcome book. Satellite connection TV with UK channels and latest Movies and free WIFI
Log burner and electric heating for the winter months and air con and ceiling fans for the hot summers. Patio doors to the covered veranda and uninterrupted panoramic views.
Kitchen:
Separate kitchen equipped with electric cooker and hob, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, and a fridge freezer. Fully equipped with crockery and glass ware pots and pans.

Master bedroom
– Super king size bed (6ft) with dressing area and en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead to the covered veranda at the front of the house.

- two single beds that can be made up as large double bed on request.
Family bathroom – equipped with a bath and shower over head, w.c and vanity unit – located between the bedroom 2 and 3.
All our bedrooms have ceiling fans, air con units for hot and cold and heating for the winter months. We supply all linen and bedding for you and a second set of bedding for your second week. There are 4 hour timer switches on the air con, and we ask that you are considerate and do not use them when not required. Travel cot and highchair available free of charge. All the toilets are tissue friendly !!
Rear garden:
there is a gas BBQ at your disposable and a pergola with covered seating for 4. Help yourself to the lemons from the trees in season and enjoy the colourful bougainvillea hedge. Clothes line to air dry your washing - it takes no time to dry in our summers!
The bungalow has a gated entrance and parking area so you can keep your rental car on the driveway. PLEASE NOTE A RENTAL CAR IS ESSENTIAL TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR STAY>>LOCAL BUS SERVICE IS LIMITED.
Accessibility
There are a couple of steps to the pool terrace and a couple of steps into the villa so not wheelchair accessible but people with limited mobility should find it acceptable. Families with children need to be careful as the pool is not fenced so children need to be always supervised. If you have more queries contact us!
Getting around
A Car is essential for this villa – there are buses from Peyia to Paphos but best to have a car hire!
Paphos airport is about a 40 minute drive.

Wonderful Villa experience
By Bev, Rob, Jennie and Toby on 21-May-2026We stayed at Anchor Villa in Peyia in May 2026. And this is the best Villa we've stayed at by far, and weve stayed at a few all over Europe. It's in an elevated part of Peyia with spectacular views, which we enjoyed day and night, including firework displays in the distance. It's situated in a very quiet area with little traffic, so very relaxing. This being said, you do need a car. We arranged this whilst in Peyia via a phone call, they then delivered the car to us at the villa and picked up when we were leaving, it was so easy to arrange. This Villa is spotless and is stocked with everything you could possibly need, including beach towels, and pool inflatables for both adults and children. The kitchen has everything you'd find in your own home. And we were especially grateful for the water coolant and water supplied. Everything in the accommodation was exceptional and more than we'd hope for. Peyia Town is about 5 min drive and full of bars and eateries, just turn left out of the Villa and follow the road down, you can't miss it. We also liked eating in Coral Bay where you have more refined dining along a strip of restaurants and not far from the beautiful Coral Beach. We booked a boat trip from one of the tour operators in Coral Bay, they bus you from the town direct to Pathos to the harbour, and bring you back, so we just parked up in town and enjoyed the bus. Phil's restaurant next to the large supermarket in Coral Bay was our favourite restaurant, not expensive and fabulous meals. If you don't drive, and get groceries from the supermarket next door, they will take you home by taxi free of charge. Just ask at the customer service and wait outside. All in all, we had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to come back and stay in Anchor Villa next time we're in Cyprus. So thanks to Elaine for all you help and guidance and also to the owners who have gone above and beyond to make this the best holiday, we truly appreciated it and hope to see you soon.

Everything you need is there (even down to shopping bags) & always spotlessly clean. Outside is the amazing view which we never tire of, also a lovely large pool. We have stayed sometimes just the two of us & sometimes with our son, daughter in law & two grandsons who all love it there. There’s also a lovely shaded area at the back if you need a break from the heat. Relaxing holiday in comfortable surroundings
By Rose & Tom on 02-Sep-2025This was our 4th visit to Anchor Villa, which speaks volumes. Spotlessly clean and homely with everything provided for a comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time in the large swimming pool. WiFi is also excellent and the welcome pack sets you up, especially if you have a late arrival. Eileen is very responsive to messages and goes out of her way to help and John the owner keeps on top of any routine maintenance. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday once again and would not hesitate to recommend a stay.

Memorable family holiday

This was our second stay at this wonderful villa and although August is a very hot month, the beautiful large swimming pool and the air conditioned rooms, all with fans, made a comfortable environment. The villa offered everything you could possibly need for a short or longer term stay. Furnishings and linens of great quality and immaculately presented. Car hire is recommended to fully appreciate the area and it's villages and beaches. We hope to return again and would not consider anywhere else. Many thanks to the Owner & his team.

It’s spacious spotlessly clean and is furnished with absolutely everything that you need. Excellent fast WiFi to keep the kids happy too a the view is quite simply breathtaking. Can’t wait to come back. The owners John and Chris were great and the property manager Eileen was professional,friendly and made booking go like clockwork. Can’t recommend highly enough
