Fully licensed Villa in Peristerona, Polis, Paphos, Cyprus - Peaceful Location On The Edge Of The Village Within Easy Walk To The CentreAlmond Villa is a 2 bedroomed detached villa on the edge of the pretty Cypriot village of Peristerona. Well appointed It benefits from, a 12m very secluded pool (accessed by 4 roman steps into the shallow end, the deep end is just under 6ft) and a patio with outdoor furniture, bbq and awning.
The garden is well stocked with local plants and adjacent to the pool pump room, we have a canopy in place for additional shade.
From the village you have an ideal base to explore the stunning North West of the island and we include a car in the villa hire charge for your enjoyment. Polis and the Harbour of Latchi are within a 15 minute drive away and also within easy striking distance are the Baths of Aphrodite for lovely walks overlooking the coast and Pomos which has a scenic 25 minute drive to reach its pebbled beach which is excellent for snorkelling
The accommodation comprises:

The car
Is a Honda Civic- 1600cc Manual transmission.
It's kept at the villa for your use with fully comprehensive insurance cover (insurance covers drivers 25-70 years of age. We can arrange cover for drivers outside this age range if requested)
Finally, we arrange for your collection from the airport by our Cypriot taxi driver friend, Chris.
He tracks your flight in and is ready for your arrival for onward transmission to the villa so no waiting for car hire and a drive to a place you may struggle to find ! Taxi fare payable directly to Chris approx €160 return for a taxi €200 for a minibus

Home from home gem
By Tony & sharon on 19-Jun-2026It’s safe to say we are regular visitors to villa almond in peristerona Cyprus having stayed on many occasions as it suits our needs as a couple and shared with our brother and sister in law. Added bonus with villa almond is the car and air conditioning in with your booking price and fantastic correspondence with the owners judi and Peter from start to finish, villa almond sits basically on one level with only a few steps up to the wonderful pool area and the villa has all you need in terms of home comforts / washing machine/ large fridge/ seperate wine chiller etc. each bedroom has en-suite so an added bonus if you are sharing the villa and we know we will return when holiday entitlements allow so if you are considering a villa holiday in cyprus we can highly recommend villa almond.

A Fantastic Experience
By Mr Oldfield on 14-Jun-2023Wonderful modern villa in a beautiful village and a lovely part of Cyprus. It has everything you need for a comfortable holiday including all the mod cons, a great private pool, lovely garden and outdoor space. There is even use of a car included with the villa which is a real bonus. Due to its elevated position there are also stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Just a short ride away are the lovely seaside towns of Polis and Latsi which have great restaurants and bars. Pete and Judi are the perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them to ensure you have a great holiday. We will definitely go back again.

A quiet piece of heaven
By Ian King on 18-Aug-2022The villa is superb - modern, well decorated and has all the utilities you need! Set in the beautiful surroundings with spectacular views down into the valley, relaxing by the pool is a joy. It is so peaceful - it is the perfect location for a quiet holiday. With the bonus of a car included, you also have the opportunity to explore the local area and sample the menus of the excellent local restaurants. The villa is very well equipped with microwave, washer, dishwasher, air-con, electric oven and external BBQ. I cannot recommend this villa enough - it has everything you need in a wonderful setting.

By Steve Pitt on 02-May-2022We have just stayed at this really lovely villa. It is situated in a very peaceful and secluded location with stunning views over unspoilt countryside. It is very well equipped including WiFi and UK TV and a lovely secluded private pool in addition. It is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area with both beaches and mountains not too far away by car. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Set in an unspoilt Cypriot village with helpful and friendly locals who take you into the heart of their family. Close to Latchi and Polis. It has everything, a fantastic place to re-charge but with ample things to do should you wish to. The villa itself feels “Like Home” It has all mod cons including wi-fi and TV with a well equipped kitchen which you rarely find in holiday lets. Great BBQ when taking advantage of the warm evenings, colourful private garden with good sized pool. Although secluded the villa is positioned to give a wonderful vista of the surrounding area. Should you wish to explore a car is provided for your use. With taverna’s and coffee shops in the village and within close proximity to Polis and Latchi with its cosmopolitan harbour and activities should you wish to participate. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and stress free. This home appeals to all and provides a comfortable, homely base should you wish to explore the Island. The locals will not forget you, wishing to share their homemade meals, life experiences and knowledge of the area. Oh yes, and depending on the time of year, fruit, nuts and produce from their farms. We are on countdown to our return!
