The Penthouse offers a luxurious base in which to relax and enjoy beautiful canal walks and the surrounding Staffordshire countryside.
This apartment has a real 'wow factor', created by the high ceilings, exposed beams and contemporary fit out. This is complimented with underfloor heating throughout, unlimited fibre broadband (59Mbps) and King size bed comfort.
The apartment is further enhanced by an extra large L shaped sofa, wide screen 50" TV with surround sound, Amazon Fire Stick for streaming, and a table for laptop/ business/ working away from home use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer.

As well as beautiful tow paths, cycle paths and country walks our apartment offers a pleasant stroll to local amenities - 3 pubs, shops, coffee shop, takeaways, and an award winning butcher and fish & chip shop.
We are minutes from the National Memorial Arboretum and the Cathedral City of Lichfield.
Please note this stay is for guests looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing time.
If you want the freedom to play loud music and make merry into the early hours this stay is definitely not for you. We ask that guests are considerate to the neighbouring apartment at all times.

This is a self catering apartment - i.e. no breakfast is provided. There is however a Coop and a lovely cafe in the village (within walking distance) which serves delicious food and coffees!
Superfast Unlimited Fibre Extra Broadband is included.
EV charging - please enquire before booking as this is subject to availability. This will incur an additional charge. Charge will be calculated on the electricity used.
Cleaning and hygiene. We have always been very particular about presenting a spotlessly clean and hygienic space. Bed linens, guest towels etc are always professionally laundered. Please see guest reviews of our Penthouse and our other apartment listing.
Please note this is a strictly NO SMOKING and NO PETS property. This house rule is to be observed by both guests and visitors alike.
Self entry with lockbox is available if we are unable to welcome you.
We go the extra mile to provide a tidy and spotlessly clean ‘home from home’. Please leave the apartment as clean and tidy as you find it. Unnecessary cleaning requirements may need to be charged for.
