Absolutely fantastic stay at Gwendon. From the intitial booking right through to departure Ged kept in contact to ensure our stay was to our expectations and it certainly was. Beautiful home and decor, great nights sleep in very comfortable beds. Super kitchen with everything you need and more. Quiet location with friendly neighbours and the garden is doggy heaven. A lovely holiday only downside is we didn’t want to leave and could easily have stayed another week! Thanks to Ged & Neil for our fabulous holiday, enjoyed by all.
f you are looking to stay on Anglesey with your pet(s) then look no further, Gwendon in Amlwch is absolutely fantastic. Congratulations to Ged and Neil in setting a very high bar for other holiday rentals. The decor was of the highest quality and very tastefully done and matched the photos when booking which isn''t always the case. The kitchen was extremely well kitted out and the spice rack and excellent knives were very well appreciated. Outside the garden was a lovely large space which is very well maintained and 100% secure which Charlie our Cockapoo loved exploring. Location wise Gwendon is perfect with the coastal path minutes away and other landmarks on the island within a 30 minute drive away. Ged and Neil are perfect hosts and kept in regular contact during our stay which showed their commitment to ensuring we had the best time possible. Congratulations on an exceptional home and thanks for allowing us to share it. We hope to see you again soon.
We''ve just arrived back home in Bolton after an amazing week at Gwendon, and our dog Ella is sulking. She misses the sights and smells in the large rear garden, she misses chatting to the neighbours through the fence, she misses cooling down on the large comfy sofa, and most of all she misses stepping outside and exploring the beautiful north Anglesey coast. Ella isn''t the only one having to adjust to ''normal'' life again, me and Sharon also had the most amazing time and was a much needed break from work and the usual daily routine. It''s hard to think of a better place to relax and simply enjoy the house and surrounding area. This was our first holiday in 4 years, and the first time taking Ella away since we adopted her a year ago, and we''re all relieved that the location, accommodation and weather made the trip one to remember! Thanks Ged and Neil for the lovely house and facilities, we hope to be visiting again in the future. Tony, Shaz & Ella
