Villa Le Cep is an OVO Network property. The OVO Network team’s opinion - Situated in a charming village on the edge of Lake Annecy, Villa Le Cep sleeps 12 guests in five bedrooms with four bathrooms. A comfortable living room invites you to relax on the corner sofa, where you can watch television or read a book from the library. The woodburning stove makes for a cosy atmosphere on chilly winter evenings. A large dining table overlooks the terrace, but in good weather, you can enjoy your meals at the outdoor table. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar where you can grab a snack or enjoy a chat while preparing meals. There’s a bedroom on this floor with an en-suite shower room. This room can be arranged with a double bed or two single beds. There are two more double bedrooms on the first floor, which share a shower room and separate toilet. One of these bedrooms has a desk for remote working, while the other has a private terrace furnished with armchairs and a sofa. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a dormitory with four single beds on the top floor, as well as a master suite with a double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. This floor also has a second bathroom with bath and toilet, making it perfect for a family with children. Two cars can be parked outside Villa Le Cep. Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. Kindly note: Following a minor plumbing issue last month (July 2025), part of Bedroom 1 and the adjacent bathroom are undergoing light cosmetic touch-ups. The only visible signs are a slightly marked section of parquet and a couple of small imperfections in the bathroom tiling. The rest of the villa remains in immaculate, like-new condition. NOTE: Free wifi. Cleaning, linen and towels included!Reviews
