This spacious and tastefully furnished villa with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is situated on the edge of the luxurious villa park, which offers a beautiful view and lots of privacy. The living room with separate sitting and dining area and a spacious open kitchen offer plenty of options and space to enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities, including a dishwasher, fridge and a combi microwave with oven function.
There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The ground floor has a spacious bathroom with sink, bath, and toilet. At the entrance to the hall, you will also find an extra separate toilet. On the first floor, you have 3 spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space. The bathroom on the first floor has a shower, sink, and toilet. On this floor, you have a separate covered balcony with an impressive view over the meadows.
From the villa, you can walk through the 3 sliding doors with electric shutters into your garden where you can enjoy the outdoors under the spacious covered terrace with patio furniture. The private pool in the garden has a large terrace with several sun loungers.
The villa also has a storage room with washing machine, Wifi and a TV with several international channels. You can park 3 cars on private property with one under the carport.

This villa is located on the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche park. The park is in a beautiful location, on the river l'Ardeche. At the park you will find several communal facilities including a large swimming pool with children's pool and tennis courts, which you can use free of charge.
