Beautiful large stone home with lots of art & light. Home in 3 unit renovated village bldg. This home has huge living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms sleeping 2-4 people each, for 9 maximum. Plus an office/playroom.
Two of the bedrooms share a long private terrace. There is also another large terrace for dining and relaxing. Each downstairs bedroom also has own shower or bathroom with bathtub, plus 2 independent WC/toilets in the house. Lots of toys, books, DVDs, table football, piano, darts and other games, and WIFI internet. Walk to shops, restaurants, market near beach! Babysitting, Tour Guide, and Airport/train station transport to house, available for a reasonable rate on request.

This charming neighborhood in the heart of a historic village in the sunniest part of France is both quaint, tranquil and lively when the farmers market comes to town twice per week. In 2 minutes you can walk to cute cafes, boutique shops, grocer, local bars, and fine dining restaurants. And only 10 minutes bike ride to the beaches or 5 min by car. You can even take an easy stroll through tree lined neighborhoods or else the farm trail to the beach in 25 minutes. In off season, enjoy being at the coast, yet only an hour and a half from ski slopes or 2 hrs to Barcelona. So many things to see and do!

Ample parking is easy and just down the street. Bikes can be rented locally. Buses are just 1 euro to go to any village in the area! Train station walking distance and can take you to Paris, Barcelona, or just nearby villages in a heartbeat! We can also provide transport to/from airport and other attractions at a reasonable rate.

250 euros security deposit due on arrival. If there is an excessive mess or furnishings are not as were at arrival time, we reserve the right to deduct 100 euros from the security deposit upon departure. We may even retain entire 250 euros if damages of this amount or more are found on your departure. Otherwise, your security deposit is fully refunded.
