Nelson's Place

Nelson's Place is a two storey beach front apartment in the hidden gem seaside town of Arnside. Recently renovated throughout, it enjoys spectacular views over the Kent viaduct and estuary, to the peaks of the Lake District beyond. Nelson's Place is conveniently located on the Promenade, within close walking distance to the railway station, and many amenities.

Arnside is a bustling small town situated on the Kent estuary and is a lovely safe base to stay if you want to explore further into the Lakes without the crowds. Sailing and kayaking is available on the estuary, with a golf course nearby. The countryside around Arnside is ripe for exploring and trekking, with many ancient points of interest to discover, or for wider jaunts to Windermere and beyond.

There is on the first floor a newly fitted dining kitchen, a large lounge with two comfy sofas, a lovely window seat enjoying panoramic views, a second small lounge/games room with panoramic views and a bathroom with a toilet and shower enclosure. On the second floor guests will find a large master bedroom with super king size bed and luxury en-suite bathroom with twin sinks and large shower enclosure. A bright double bedroom with king size bed A twin bedroom with two three foot beds. On this floor is also the large main bathroom with full bath and shower enclosure.

The kitchen has all the cooking implements and electrical items you need for rustling up your favourite dishes, and incorporates a dishwasher and washer/drier. Seating is for six adults, with a full and seated high chair for younger guests. Both lounges have Smart LED tvs with free view and ports for your Amazon sticks/ games consoles etc. All bathrooms have heating and towel rails, and the gas central heating system is newly fitted. In the rear courtyard there is a communal hose pipe for cleaning off those mucky paws.
