Character village house with 6 bedrooms, heated pool and lots of entertaining spaces, surrounded by stunning countryside.
Perfect for small numbers as well as larger groups of inter-generational family holidays or several families travelling together.

Situated on the edge of a picturesque village in south-west France, surrounded by stunning views with open fields and views of the Pyrenées in the distance.

The interconnected house and gite offer six bedrooms, numerous living and dining spaces as well as a pool table and table tennis.

There is a private heated pool that looks out onto open farmland with sun-loungers and a decked area with relaxed seating (the pool is closed during winter).
There are also several options for outside dining.

Perfectly designed for cosy or larger get-togethers, the house offers an open plan kitchen, living & dining room.

There is also a separate living room, a games room with pool table and table tennis, and a separate office.

The main house has four king-size bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are also two double sofa beds and a day bed for extra guests, as well as a travel cot.

Linked to the main house via a utility room is the gite.

This boasts an impressive living room, leading onto a private courtyard. There is also a kitchen and dining area.

Upstairs is a master bedroom with ensuite and a bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom.

The main house living room leads out onto a wooden deck with relaxed seating where you can enjoy uninterrupted views across the garden, pool and fields beyond.

The swimming pool is heated and there is a deck with sun loungers and parasols as well as a selection of pool toys and lilos.

There is also an enclosed courtyard with open barn for al fresco dining, following onto the herb garden and ornamental pond.

Pech Luna is a small village full of character and surrounded by open farmland and stunning views – great for a sunset walk! There are lots of walks and cycle routes around the immediate area, including a large woodland with mountain bike trails.

There are two large villages within a 10 minute drive – Belpech and Salles-sur-l’Hers – both with a good range of essential shops, including boulangeries, butchers, convenience stores, pharmacies and cafes.

It is only a 20 minute drive to the stunning medieval town of Mirepoix with its arcaded central square with bars, restaurants, and a great range of independent shops. There are also large supermarkets here. Mirepoix also has a weekly market on Mondays, which is not to be missed!

It is a 40 minute drive to the medieval fortified city of Carcassonne – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a real adventure exploring the cobbled streets inside the castle walls!

The Pyrénées are an hour away, with summer activities and winter skiing at the family friendly resort of Mont d’Olmes. 30 minutes further on is the ski resort of Ax-les-Thermes. And approximately 1 ½ hours drive will get you to the ski resort of Andorra.

If you fancy wine tasting, you are in the right place! There are numerous vineyards nearby that offer wine tasting and tours.

If being more active is your thing, there is a very popular watersports lake 20 minutes away offering sailing boats, paddleboards, windsurfs and much more!

There is also a canoe hire company 10 minutes away where you can hire canoes for a leisurely trip along the river, or also nearby are white water rafting venues.

The famous Canal du Midi is also very close.
