The layout
You enter Tiarks via steps from the front courtyard straight into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. (Or the rear door has level access for less mobile guests). To the left is the fitted kitchen, which has plenty of storage and is equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare snacks and meals during your self-catering holiday in Somerset. There’s a stylish dining table with seats for all seven guests with a window that overlooks the front courtyard.

The lounge area has a Smart TV so you can catch up on your favourite box set or watch a film when you want to take it easy for a while. There are two sumptuous leather sofas to relax on – one two-seater and a three-seater, so plenty of room for snuggles with your little ones.

There’s another external door in here that leads out onto the private courtyard – more details about that below.

The open-plan living space leads onto the corridor, where you’ll find the two bedrooms and family bathroom.

The bedrooms & bathroom
Tiarks has a triple bedroom with three single beds, as well as a double. Both bedrooms have chests of drawers and there is a built-in wardrobe in the double room. In addition to the beds, one of the sofas in the living room is a sofa bed. So all together Tiarks can accommodate up to seven guests. Quality, fresh ben linen is provided, helping you all to enjoy some restful sleep during your holiday here.

The family bathroom has a P-shaped bath with a shower over. So those that enjoy a long soak in the bath can enjoy some well deserved me-time, little ones can have fun at bath time, and early birds can start their day with a refreshing shower. Soft, fluffy towels are provided. There is also a heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.

Outside space & luxury hot tub
When you stay at Tiarks, you’ll have your own private courtyard which has an oak beamed gazebo with a large outdoor dining table underneath. Perfect for spending warmer evenings dining al fresco and enjoying a few drinks. You will also have your very own indoor luxury hot tub when you choose Tiarks – which is accessed via the private courtyard.

Group bookings (when you book all of the holiday cottages together) also have use of the hot tub – as well as our rustic Party Barn (also accessed via the private courtyard).
