DELIGHTFUL COSY AND HOMELY COTTAGE ALL ON ONE FLOOR, SITUATED IN RURAL ROYAL DEESIDE. THE PROPERTY HAS LOVELY VIEWS OF THE HILLS AND COUNTRYSIDE. DETACHED AND SITUATED IN OWN GARDEN. THE HOUSE HAS LIVING-ROOM, DINING-ROOM, 1 KING BEDROOM AND 2 DOUBLE BEDROOMS EACH WITH TWIN BEDS. THE BATHROOM HAS SHOWER OVER BATH, TOILET AND WHB AND THERE IS ALSO A SEPARATE TOILET AND WHB OFF THE KITCHEN. GUESTS HAVE COMMENTED THAT THE HOUSE IS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE AND VIRTUALLY A HOME FROM HOME. ALL BEDDING AND TOWELS INCLUDED.LOTS OF WALKING AREAS AND PLENTY OF WILDLIFE.

relaxing holiday

Dorothy is a very welcoming host. We have been coming here for several years now so it is a home from home. We enjoy our walks up the hill past the farm. Thank you Dorothy for the home baked treats and bottle of prosecco waiting for us. We enjoy you popping in for a catch up too. The cottage is well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoy being able to explore Aberdeenshire and there is so much to see around Banchory, including walks at Crathes and Drum as well as trails on the Banchory walks leaflet. We can recommend the Mains of Drum garden centre for a special lunch out and also the cow shed restaurant as well as the take away at the cowshed for an evening meal Its been a lovely relaxing week at Cluny Cottage
Absolutely Amazing cottage

Iain has been for many years however for myself and the children this is our first time in Scotland and none of us want the holiday to end (definitely going to be lost not waking up to see the cows) Also the home baked goodies were delicious along with the prosecco. wonderful cottage
By The Leesons on 10-Aug-2025This is our 9th visit(I think) Our first was in 2017 but we might have missed a year - only one! We have grandchildren living in Drumoak and this cottage is just perfect for a combination of holiday, family get togethers and looking after the grandchildren. They love sleeping over in their bedroom, treasure hunts in the garden, badminton over the washing line. This year we picked Blackberries in the lane up to the farm and made apple and blackberry pies and blackberry fairy cakes, cup cakes and jam. All the equipment we needed was there in the kitchen - even a hand mixer We love our stays here, our chats with Dorothy and your emails with updates on farm life Thank you
