The place was perfect for our family group, which was a mixture of ages. The location was ideal, as it was just outside the town centre, so close enough to walk to everything, and quiet enough so we weren't disturbed. Nick was the ideal host, with just the right level of communication, and a lovely little welcome pack that was a nice touch. I'd definitely recommend Rose Hill, and if we go to Barmouth as a family again, it will be our first port of call.
Rosehill is centrally located and was great for our party of 15. The host was very communicative and helpful. The house was spacious and within a stones throw of the beach, it was well equipped and suited our parties needs. Great for our family celebrations all could fit happily around the table and rooms were comfortable.Good, thoughtful touches. Deck was great to relax on at end of the day.
A GREAT property, ideal for a large group of friends or family. The house has plenty of space and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. All bed rooms are large (three are on-suite). The living room is huge and the dining areas spacious. It accommodated 10 adults with space to spare. Nick the host was very responsive. I would certainly return.
The house is great in every way. The location is perfect for walking around town, close to all amenities. There is more than enough space and every room is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well specced and we didn't want for anything. Although there isn't parking onsite there is one allocated space which is easy to get to and then ample public car parks or on street parking if you're lucky.
We checked in on Friday afternoon for a long weekend celebrating my mums 70th birthday. We had ample room for us all, with lots of bathrooms, bedrooms and a large dining room separate to the kitchen. The living room on the first floor was also spacious. My son brought his xbox to keep his cousins entertained, although we were blessed with sunshine all day Saturday and had a great time on the beach both days. Ideally situated for the towns amenities and a short walk to the beach it is a great family home to stay in. Plenty of hot water and heating, comfy double beds on top floor with a sneaky sea view, I would recommend a stay here.
