Description
3 nights for the price of 2 on midweek bookings (except school holidays)Rose Hill has 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (3 of which en-suite). On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a range cooker and seating for up to 16 people and a more formal dining room that can seat 12. On the first floor there is a large living room providing a great place to lounge out and unwind. The house has an outside decked terrace at the back.
We bought this wonderful house as a place to bring our three children, to spend time together by the lovely Barmouth coast. It's quite a big house so we quickly realised that it's the perfect place for family and friend get togethers so have decided to rent it out so that more people can enjoy using it. The house is set over four floors. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining room. The second floor has a large lounge and a double ensuite bedroom. The remainder of the bedrooms are on the second and third floors.
There is a tiered decked terrace at the back of the house with views towards the sea that guests can use.
Other things to note
- There is one allocated parking space for the house located on the next street in a small private car park.
- Further parking is available in one of the many council and private car parks or close by on-street parking (some of which is free to park in)
- We provide linen and hand towels in the bathrooms but guests should bring their own bath towels.
The house is located within metres of the plethora of beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and Barmouth's leisure facilities so there's no chance of you getting bored! We're not very far from a number of other lovely seaside resorts, villages and the exciting outdoor activities of Snowdonia National Park.
We're a few minutes walk from Barmouth Train Station which has connections to the Midlands, other resorts and Snowdonia stations.

Perfect for large groups.
By Joan on 31-Oct-2024The property is perfect for large groups. Either with your friends, or friends with families. The location is very nice. The laid-back vibes of the town made us feel home. Our group brought 5 cars and got no problem with the parking place since there was a nearby paid parking which is very cheap for overnight stays! The property is very spacious. It can really accommodate large group that wants to have a bonding experience and still have privacy after the gathering because it has 8 rooms! I can not fond any fault on this property. We will book to this place again if ever we decide to go back to barmouth and also recommend this to my friends! It is also accessible to Betws y coed, Snowdonia which is very lovely place to have a side trip on your way back home. The scenery on your way to these property os breath-taking. Very stunning!!
Great, central location opposite a pub
By Jonathan on 30-Jun-2024Great, central location opposite a pub that was welcoming, beautifully decorated and served great food. Whilst ‘luxurious’ wouldn’t be a term to use for the property it was more that adequate for our group’s needs and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again
Very pleased with the accommodation
By Martin on 30-Sep-2024We were a large group there to walk up Cadair Idris and Snowdon. The location of the house was perfect for us to venture out in the evening to nearby pubs for food and a few drinks. Infact only crossed the road to The Royal on the first night after being walking all day. The kitchen was perfect for what we wanted. First time i've bookes an airbnb and it was straight forward. Instructions were clear how to gain access to the house and all of us were very pleased with the accommodation which was really good value.
Would 100% stay again if we are in Barmouth

By Jennifer on 31-Jul-2024We have always enjoyed going to Barmouth but have never been as a full family group, by using Rosehill we were able to all stay together but also have enough space to be separate when needed, we really enjoyed our time here and there wasn’t anything that we couldn’t find that we needed! Thank you for a great stay
