We have 9 high quality holiday cottages here on the farm, sleeping from 2 to 6 people. The availability calendar on this website will only be updated to 'booked' if both our two bedroom properties are fully booked. If Dunes Cottage isn't available for the week you are after, Mrs Fordy's Cottage may still be available, our other two-bedroom property which sleeps up to 5, also situated on Annstead Farm.

Annstead is a family-run 600-acre working arable and livestock farm situated just 3 minutes walk from miles and miles of undiscovered, unspoiled sandy beaches on the spectacular Northumberland Coast, between the seaside villages of Beadnell and Seahouses. We understand that you are coming on holiday to relax and get away from it all. For this reason we have carefully planned the accommodation to provide as much privacy and comfort to all our guests as possible.


Dunes is a cosy cottage with two bedrooms, a king and a twin, a bathroom with shower over the bath, lounge with Freeview TV, DVD and radio. The lounge and newly fitted kitchen/dining room have unobstructed views across the fields towards Seahouses Golf Course. With a very well equipped kitchen, complete with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washer/drier in the utility room your every need should be met.

Mrs Fordy's Cottage is our other two bedroom property, sleeping up to 5 people in a double and triple bedroom. There is a shared bathroom upstairs with a shower over the bath. Downstairs has a very spacious lounge with Freeview TV, DVD and radio. The kitchen is equipped to the same high standard as Dunes Cottage and a washer/drier is in the utility room.

Both properties have their own lawned gardens with picnic tables and off road parking for up to 2/3 cars.

All our properties are heated by a whole farm biomass heating system which provides ample heat and hot water to the property.

We accept a maximum of 2 dogs in both our two bedroom properties.
