We have 9 high quality holiday cottages here on the farm, sleeping from 2 to 6 people. The availability calendar on this website will only be updated to show 'booked' once all our three bedroom cottages are fully booked for the week. For example, if Gardener's Cottage is booked for the week you are after, The Farriers or East End House may be available, all three bedroom properties also situated on the farm.

Annstead is a family-run 600-acre working arable and livestock farm situated just 3 minutes walk from miles and miles of undiscovered, unspoiled sandy beaches on the spectacular Northumberland Coast, between the seaside villages of Beadnell and Seahouses. We understand that you are coming on holiday to relax and get away from it all. For this reason we have carefully planned the accommodation to provide as much privacy and comfort to all our guests as possible.

Gardeners Cottage (sleeps 6) - Attractive one-story stone cottage, tastefully and comfortably furnished (adjoins Dunes Cottage which sleeps 4). This is a very spacious property, consisting of a king and two twin bedrooms; a bathroom, with shower over the bath, and an additional shower room with walk in shower. There is a large lounge with open fire, Freeview TV, DVD player and radio. There is a separate dining area and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker, hob, microwave and fridge. There is also a separate utility with additional fridge/freezer and a washer and drier.

The Farriers - downstairs bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom (shower over the bath), 2 x twin bedrooms and further bathroom upstairs. Living accommodation, same standard as above, is all open plan lounge/dining and new fitted kitchen including a dishwasher.

East End House - all three bedrooms are upstairs - a king, double and twin - and share the bathroom (shower over the bath). Downstairs has a separate lounge/dining room. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, etc and a cloakroom with toilet, wash basin and washer/dryer.

All our properties are heated by a whole farm biomass heating system which provides ample heat and hot water to the property.

All have their own gardens with picnic tables and parking for a maximum of 3 cars. Maximum of 3 dogs in Gardener's Cottage and East End House. Maximum of 2 pets in The Farriers.
