Woodlands is an elegant holiday home nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of Bembridge, on the serene east coast of the Isle of Wight. This stylish retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and charm, providing a spacious sanctuary for up to 8 guests. The property spans two generously appointed floors, with each room designed to offer both style and practicality. On the ground floor, you’ll find a large entrance hall leading to a welcoming kitchen and breakfast room, equipped with modern appliances and a convenient larder. The kitchen has a stunning conservatory dining area, where bi-folding doors open up to a private terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. The bright living room is a true sanctuary, featuring comfortable seating, a cosy woodburner, and doors that lead to the lush garden, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The separate dining room seats 8-10 guests and also provides access to the garden, while the study/snug offers a cosy retreat with a double sofa bed, a woodburner, and a large Smart TV with games for entertainment. The utility room includes practical amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, and a walk-in shower.
There is also a downstairs cloakroom in the hallway.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is a haven of tranquility, boasting a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower, and breathtaking garden views. This room also opens onto a private balcony. The second bedroom is equally inviting, featuring a king-size bed and its own balcony with views of the garden. Two further flexible twin/super king bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation, with village views that add to the property’s charm. This whole property is so so gorgeous, and great location and a charming pub down the road! All you could ever want. Everything about the house was perfect!

It had a well equipped kitchen and excellent entertaining spaces making it the perfect place for our two families to hang out. Annabel was very responsive and we really appreciated the help finding us a bigger travel cot. Thanks SO much for having us, we will definitely be back.
