The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and dining area, featuring a large dining table for 10, expansive work surfaces, and all the essential appliances to cater to your culinary adventures—all while enjoying uninterrupted views of the sparkling Solent.
A separate playroom offers a fun and relaxed space with a ping pong table, comfortable seating, and even an electric piano for the musically inclined. Doors open to the terrace, creating seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
A utility room with a washer and dryer and drying space along with a further downstairs shower room, adds convenience to your stay.

Relax on the lawn, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, or take the private steps leading directly to the shoreline. The gravel driveway provides convenient parking for up to three cars, making arrival and departure effortless.

We hope you enjoy our lovely village of Bembridge. It is one of the most easterly villages on the Island and offers just about everything you need; a proper Butcher (best sausage rolls according to us and James Martin), baker (freshly made bread and cakes everyday and super good breakfast!) fishmonger (fresh fish /lobster/crab), Jane at the veg shop with her No8 Cafe and deli upstairs) couple of cafes, Boots a few gift shops and us, ClayClay at 15 High Street, Bembridge PO35 5SD. For Newspapers and essentials we also have a Co-Op which also has a cash machine. All this to offer in the village which has a beach coast line and the fabulous harbor.

By Amanda on 05-Jan-2025We had a glorious stay over Christmas with 9 adults – the house was perfect for us and suited our needs well. Super quiet location with a few good local shops and a couple of pubs. Lovely to be able to go on long walks – coast and countryside.

Christmas With The Family

There was ample space for our group of ten and the house was fantastically equipped, down to a Sonos and Table tennis table. Views from every window were spectacular and long walks along the beach were great. Highly recommend.
