Rosemullion is a generous family home situated in the heart of Bembridge, close to local shops with the wonderful Bembridge Beach just a short walk away.
Sleeping 8 over 2 floors, Modern, bright kitchen/diner and gardens to the front and rear of the house, private parking, dog friendly, this could be your holiday home! What more could you be looking for!?
Arrive and parking for up to 3 cars in your private driveway in the center of Bembridge! Large secluded front, sunny garden and door into the large hallway with cupboard for hanging coats etc. To the right is a living room which can be used as 4th bedroom; comfortable seating including a king size pocket sprung sofa bed, smart TV and windows facing out to the front garden. Across the hallway is shower/WC and WHB. The kitchen is the hub of the house, large and bright with integrated appliances and a separate utility room. A snug with L shaped sofa, TV and log burner and through to the dining area; this is within the conservatory area giving the whole room a brightness; seating for 8+ and doors out to the garden.
Returning to the hallway take the stairs to the first landing with large master bedroom with king size bed, bed side tables and plenty of wardrobe space. Next to this is a twin bedroom and then a further double bedroom with double bed. There is a large family bathroom with bath and walk in shower and a further separate shower and WC. Upstairs and this is to be used with caution and not for those under 10 is a play room with smart TV and small snooker table.
Outside there is parking for up to 3 cars, a sunny lawned garden to the front. The rear garden has outside furniture and BBQ.

By Guest September 2025 on 12-Sep-2025Annabel was the best Host, she made my family feel at home, she catered to all our requirements and went out of her way to make sure our holiday went smoothly. The house is beautiful, clean and modern with all the appliances you'd need to make the stay effortless. I felt immediately comfortable and relaxed when we entered her house. You can tell that Annabel has put a lot of effort into designing a house that not only makes her guests feel at home but also looks great! It felt modern and luxurious and still retained a comfortable/practical aspect. We all felt at home with 3 modern bathrooms and great seating areas in the house we could all relax in together. The house is tastefully decorated and cared for. The beds are very comfortable with extra pillows and bedding if needed. The house is situated centrally to local amenities & a short walk to the beach! whilst retaining privacy. Annabel was polite and attentive. I will be recommending to all my family and friends in future. 11/10
Multigenerational fmaily - Everything we needed + dog!

The garden was really secure for our little dog and a nice walk to the beach. Annabel was great and answered our queries immediately. We would definitely recommend.
