We are delighted to offer 14 Solent Landing, a spacious four-bedroom beachfront townhouse set within the sought-after Solent Landing development in Bembridge. With direct access to the beach, beautiful sea views, and accommodation arranged over four floors, this coastal home comfortably sleeps 6–8 guests and provides an ideal base for family holidays or seaside breaks with friends.Ground Floor
Enter into a welcoming hallway with cloakroom and storage. From here, stairs lead up to the main living spaces.
First Floor — Kitchen & Dining Area
A bright kitchen and dining area with door onto a communal courtyard, perfect for relaxed breakfasts or evening drinks outdoors. Cloakroom.
Second Floor — Living Room
With comfortable sofas and chairs, a TV and views over the private lawns to the beach and sea. TV.
Third Floor — Bedrooms : a bunk and a double with seaviews : chest of drawers & space to hang clothes.
Master Bedroom – King-size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, and en-suite shower room with WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 4 (Top Floor) – King Size bed and family bathroom with shower over WC & Sink.
Outside & Location
14 Solent Landing sits within a gated community with well-maintained landscaped communal grounds with direct access to the sandy beach below. There is allocated off-street parking right outside the house and opposite, within the grounds.
The house is just a short stroll from Bembridge village, where you’ll find cafés, pubs, independent shops, and the charming Bembridge Harbour. Coastal walks begin right from the door, with beautiful views across the Solent and towards St Helens Duver.
