Mayfield is the perfect family home situated in the heart of Bembridge with off street parking. The house is sunny, modern, bright and comfortable and comfortably sleeps 8. Enter in to the hallway with the sun streaming in to the living room on the left, TV and log burner and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is large with a larder, work surfaces, gas hob range and well equipped. Through to the bright conservatory, long sociable dining area for all your meals, this leads directly out to the sunny garden. There is also a double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room.
Upstairs the master is 4 poster king size bed, chest of drawers, bedside lights and a sink. The twin bedroom is along the hall with bed side lights, space to hang clothes and chest of drawers. The family bathroom has a bath and good shower over, sink and WC. The bedroom at the end is a sturdy bunk room, also with space for hanging clothes, black out blind and bedside table and lamp. There is a further twin bedroom upstairs with bed side tables and hanging space.
Outside, the garden is terraced, garden furniture and BBQ. Private, walled garden. To the front is private off street parking for one car with EV Charging facility.
We hope you enjoy our lovely village of Bembridge. It is one of the most easterly villages on the Island and offers just about everything you need; a proper Butcher (best sausage rolls according to us and James Martin), baker (freshly made bread and cakes everyday and super good breakfast!) fishmonger (fresh fish /lobster/crab), Jane at the veg shop with her No8 Cafe and deli upstairs) couple of cafes, Boots a few gift shops and us, ClayClay at 15 High Street, Bembridge PO35 5SD. For Newspapers and essentials we also have a Co-Op which also has a cash machine. All this to offer in the village which has a beach coast line and the fabulous harbor.

We organise discounted ferry tickets for you and will send a key code so you can let yourself in.
2.0 Booking and Payment Terms
2.1 The Guest must be authorised to accept the Booking Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons named on the Booking Form and Booking Agreement.
2.2 Bookings cannot be accepted for persons under 18 years of age.
2.4 For bookings made 8 weeks or more in advance, the booking for a holiday will be effective when a deposit of 30% of the total Rent, the signed Contract of Hire and a Booking Fee of £45 incl VAT are received. The full balance of the total cost of the holiday and the Refundable Security Deposit must be paid not later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Bookings made less than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday must be paid in full at the time of booking.
2.5 In addition to the cost of your holiday, the Agent will require a refundable Security Deposit which may be used to cover the cost of breakages, damage, loss or extra cleaning if required and will be returned to the Guest within 14 working days of the end of the holiday. It is the Guest’s responsibility to ensure that the Property and its furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects are left in the same state of cleanliness and order as was found at the start of the holiday. The Agent reserves the right to make a charge for any extra cleaning necessary as a result of failure to comply. The Agent will deduct the cost of extra cleaning and/or breakages from the Refundable Security Deposit and forward the balance to the Guest. The Guest shall be responsible for serious loss or damage which occurs to the Property or its contents as a result of their negligence during their occupancy and is also responsible for paying appropriate compensation to the Owner. The Agents/Owners decision is final.
2.5 All payments can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling + VAT where applicable.

By Guest on 21-Jul-2023Beautiful house in a great location, close to beaches, local shops, pubs and restaurants. The house was extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need. There were excellent, good quality toys provided which we didn’t expect and our two year old loved! The house was exceptionally clean and the garden was lovely – a sun trap with a large bbq and comfortable garden furniture. We had a wonderful week with three generations of our family. Absolutely perfect!
A Great House for Family Times

Loved that all the bedrooms had hanging space for clothes, towels provided etc. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Bembridge whilst small had some interesting shops, coffee shop and great food at local pub. Thank you!
