The stunning Barn cottage is a cosy 4 bedroom barn conversion, with underfloor heating throughout, a private enclosed garden, and original beams and oak floors full of character. With 2 downstairs bedrooms and a wetroom this cottage is perfect for guests with limited mobility, and for low occupancy rates the 2 downstairs bedrooms can be booked for smaller groups (late availability only). 2,3,4 & 6 bedroom luxury self catering cottages in Beverley, East Yorkshire. Broadgate Farm is set in the Yorkshire Wolds just two miles from the market town of Beverley, close to Beverley Westwood the holiday cottages have been converted from period farm buildings. They all have toasty eco-friendly central heating and are individually designed, each one has a private garden/patio area and the farmstead is set in 19 acres of grass & woodland with lovely views across the fields.

If the Barn is unavailable, we have another 4 bedroom cottage: the Cart House is our fabulous new development, 5 star Gold - spacious and luxurious. The spacious open plan kitchen/living room is a highlight of this distinctive cottage, with oak floors, original beams and a cosy log burner, drink in the views through the full length windows and watch the wildlife or our sheep and lambs. A virtual tour of all our cottages is available on our website. Available as a 2 or a 4 bedroom let - Sleeps 4 or 9 plus up to 3 additional children under 14s on put up beds.
All our cottages are equip with quality furnishings and sumptuous fabrics, comfortable sofas and beds, fully equipped kitchens and modern bathrooms, freesat TV and free WiFi. Most of our bedrooms are flexible so the twins can often convert to superkings and in several cottages there is room for put up beds for children under 14 at additional charge.

Another excellent stay at Broadgate.
By Adele G on 20-Oct-2025This was our fourth stay at Broadgate and it did not disappoint. These lovely converted buildings have been finished to a very high specification but they are also very comfortable and a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time. Located close to Beverley and within easy reach of the Yorkshire Wolds and coast there is lots to do nearby - but it's also a great place for groups to gather together and spend quality time. All the essentials are covered - very comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms but there are also lots of thoughtful details and very well-equipped kitchens. The outdoor spaces are well thought out and everything is very well-maintained. I can't recommend it too highly.

Fabulous Accomodation
By Gillian H on 30-Jun-2023We stayed in Barn House. Gorgeous, well equipped accommodation. Beautiful, private outside space. Whole area well maintained. 1 mile walk to pubs and shop. Our favourite was Ferguson Fawcitt. 2 miles into lovely town of Beverley. Owners were attentive and helpful.
Great Xmas in the 4 bedroom barn

Brilliant meet up with Friends at Broadgate Cottages
By Wendy M on 30-Nov-2023Its our second time at the cottages, the accommodation at the Barn was excellent, the cottage was very clean, warn and has everything you require, very well equipped. dog friendly with a secure garden and parking. The cottages are in a brilliant location, close by to Beverly and Walkington. We had a brilliant time with friends, and have booked again for next year.
Very happy with our stay

Both were renovated and equipped to a very high standard, with big comfy beds and well equipped kitchens with everything provided. The East Riding is a lovely place to spend a family holiday, everything about Broadgate Farm exceeded our expectations and I can strongly recommend
