What a fabulous place to stay in a lovely part of the country. The properties are very comfortable and really well equipped. Elaine has thought of everything. High Barn was great for two or three families with lots of communal space and space to escape too! We would definitely return. Thank you Elaine.
Broadgate is a superb centre for golfers, 10 ladies staying in high barn, 4 bathrooms/toilets, dining inside and outside for 10. Any issues are dealt with immediately. This was our second year, we will be back. Beautiful walk into Beverley.
Great cottage for large parties. We had 18 in total in 3 adjoining cottages. In particular the disabled access was excellent with fully adapted wet room. All cottages were modern and very well equipped. Gardens great for dogs. Lovely walk to village where we had Sunday lunch. Also used the enclosed dog fields which were a bargain for £6 for 3 dogs for 30mins. A the grounds around are beautiful and the village it’s in is picture postcard. Son in law also did a 20 mile bike ride. Would definitely go again. Thanks to Elaine who welcomed us and was great with responses to e mail regarding wheelchair access
A fabulous place to stay, very luxurious, lovely beds, great facilities, high spec, nice gardens in the country and ideal for Beverley and Beverley races you could walk at a push, highly recommend , great for big groups, family or couples, there were 18 of us
We have just returned from a weekend at these wonderful cottages. Very well equipped, immaculately clean, great position about a 45 minute steady walk into the centre of Beverly. Lovely surrounding countryside. We were a party of 10 ladies and had 2 barns with a link door, which was ideal for a party of our size giving us lots of space. Elaine the host was very accommodating and helpful. Lovely local village, we ate at the Fawsitt Furguson Pub, good for Sunday lunch. We can all Highly recommended these wonderful converted barns, we are hoping to return in the future
We were 10 spread over three generations (17-85) plus 2 dogs, for which the Barn was ideal - plenty of lounging and sleeping options allowing cousins to share and two kitchens (2 fridges!) were excellent. Well appointed, with modern appliances, enclosed gardens for the dogs and walks from the door. Very quiet and comfortable nights' sleep. The owners have made an effort to enable meaningful recycling by offering separate bins in a dedicated barn and with underfloor geothermal heating it felt guilt-free being warm! Conveniently located for Beverley, which is a lovely town and 15 minutes walk to several pubs.
