Broadgate Farm is set in the Yorkshire Wolds just two miles from the market town of Beverley, close to Beverley Westwood the holiday cottages have been converted from period farm buildings. They all have toasty eco-friendly central heating and are individually designed, each one has a private garden/patio area and the farmstead is set in 19 acres of grass & woodland with lovely views across the fields.

We have several 2 bedroom cottages some with ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms, full details on our website so please click through and browse to see which cottage might suit you best. All cottage have oak & stone floors with underfloor heating, private gardens and wood burning stoves in most cottages. Quality furnishings and sumptuous fabrics, comfortable sofa's and beds, fully equipped kitchens and modern bathrooms, freesat TV and free WiFi.
Most of our bedrooms are flexible so the twins can often convert to superkings and in several cottages there is room for put up beds for children under 14 at additional charge. Some cottages have one bathroom others two.

Can only add to the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Loved our few days here with our dog. Beautifully renovated properties in a lovely setting. Very comfortable and homely - beer, biscuits and milk, tea and coffee on arrival. Comfy beds, lovely bathrooms/wet rooms. Comfy living room area.
Had to leave our dog in the outside kennel one morning. Elaine checked on him and contacted me to say he was happy and settled. The owners are on site and very helpful. All of the properties were occupied when we were there but we were not disturbed by anyone and it didn’t feel busy at all.
Parents happy. Teenagers happy. Dog happy.
Highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again when in the area

Very comfortable and well appointed cottage under the personal control of the owners. Furniture and fittings are all top notch and the location is perfect for exploring the beautiful countryside and towns and cities such as Whitby and York. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend a stay. The five star reviews are well justified
