Description
This is a real home from home, cosy and tastefully decorated with plenty of living space to socialise, perfect for a get together with friends or family.Located within 1 mile of Junction 44 of the M4, this is also a great base if you wish to explore this part of Wales. South Wales valleys are just down the road. Gower, the Brecon Beacons, historical castles and the Vale of Neath’s waterfalls can all be reached within half an hour’s drive. There are leaflets and flyers in the house, all listing local excursions, visitor attractions and places of interest, but I’m more than happy to be contacted for tips of where to go depending on your tastes and likes.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but please discuss before booking.

The property is a spacious three-storey terraced house that can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 to 6 bedrooms.

- Bedroom 1: with a double bed and space for either a travel cot or toddler bed (both available - please ask for it when booking) - garden view.
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed

- Bathroom 1: with bath, walk-in shower, wash-basin and toilet.
Ground floor
- Bedroom 5: with a double bed and a single Ikea Lycksele chair / bed - garden view
- Bathroom 2: with bath, walk-in shower, wash-basin and toilet

- Stairs going down to lower floor
Lower floor
- Dining area. Table can sit up to 10 people.
- Lounge / family games room with two Ikea Lycksele sofa / beds (one single and one double) that can allow that room to be turned into a sixth bedroom for larger groups.
- Kitchen / breakfast room: with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine.
- Utility room: with washing machine and retractable washing line
- Cloakroom / shower room
- Access to the back garden.
Important Info:
- 33% down payment to secure booking and final payment due 6 weeks prior to the start of the booking
- Check-in time is anytime after 2 pm, but if you wish to arrive earlier, just ask and I will see what I can do. Check-out time is 11 am.
- The charging of electric vehicles is NOT allowed.
- Off road parking for one vehicle and readily available parking on the road in front of the house.
- No extra guests (over those who have booked) to stay without prior arrangement.
- Property is not suitable for wild parties!
- While I'm happy to host families with children, please note that there are no stair gates or child-proof locks on the cupboards, and it will hence be up to you to keep an eye on your kids during your stay.
- No smoking in the house but you're welcome to smoke in the covered patio area using the ashtray provided.
- You'll have the whole house to yourself, safe one room (used for storage) that will remain out of bounds.
