oombe Meadow (formerly Coombe Mill Farm) is located at Coombe Mill, set in a beautiful valley in North Cornwall near St. Breward. Our luxury Pencarrow and Heligan lodges offer premium self-catering accommodation overlooking the River Camel, comfortably sleeping 4-8 people. Just 5 minutes from the Camel Trail, it is the perfect sanctuary for families and outdoor enthusiasts seeking a peaceful escape and a deep connection with nature.If large holiday accommodation for all the family with a modern contemporary feel is what you are after Heligan is the property. Heligan was designed back in 2006 and built by our friendly moorland builders. Named after the famous Cornish gardens, Heligan is spacious and comfortable for a family of 8. It boasts an open plan kitchen living room with high ceilings and plenty of windows for a airy light feel. It is a very popular choice with a young family as the upstairs master bedroom en-suite also has a link bedroom with low level child’s bed and a cot. This is perfect for little ones you want to have close by but not quite in your room. Along the corridor a playroom filled with toys is another draw for this modern style property.
Downstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms and bathroom as well as ramped access to the lodge and parking directly behind the property making Heligan suitable for a partially disabled family member.
The views from Heligan out over the fields, across the river and up the valley where our deer graze are some of the most relaxing you could hope for. A perfect backdrop to meals out on the large enclosed veranda.
