Elderberry cottage is the perfect place to relax after a long day on the beach. The sea views from the lounge window keep families and friendship groups coming back to this beautiful cottage year after year!All on one level and accessed directly from our Courtyard Garden, Elderberry's kitchen / lounge / diner is the hub of the cottage. With comfortable sofas looking out over those beautiful views, a Smart TV in the corner and with a comprehensively equipped newly fitted kitchen (winter 2022/23) complete with dishwasher and washing machine, Elderberry caters for your every need.
Elderberry's comfortable and cosy twin and double bedrooms both have views onto our Farm Garden. And the light and airy bathroom was completely refurbished in 2022!
Polrunny Farm occupies a 13-acre site in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of the beautiful harbour village of Boscastle. Sip your fresh coffee in the morning in the 'breakfast garden' across the courtyard from your cottage and enjoy the sea views. Oh those views...
Your days will be as full as you want them to be on your Polrunny Farm holiday. Enjoy the spectacular local beaches, tackle the breath-taking walks or explore local highlights including Tintagel, Port Isaac, Bodmin Moor, Padstow and Bude. Or relax in our tranquil gardens, reading a book whilst the lambs frolic in the fields around you.

By Andrew Cox on 15-Apr-2022First day here. It’s a Pretty location that is very close to the sea side village of Boscastle. We received a friendly reception with special touches. Scones for the grown ups, an Easter egg for the young one and treats for the dogs. And best of all, milk in the fridge for a cup of something hot after a long drive. There’s a huge field at the back of the property for walking the dogs, which is a huge bonus for dog owners. If you are a walking fan, or just want a base set in the quiet countryside with sea views, this is an idyllic location. We have stayed in a lot of holiday cottages over the years and this is highly recommended.
A brilliant 2 weeks at Polrunny Farm!

Adam and Melanie were the perfect hosts; from being quick to respond to my pre holiday queries, to the sparkling clean cottage that awaited us on our arrival as well as the little extra touches such as the dog bed and treats, the supply of soap, dishwasher tablets etc and their wealth of knowledge of the local area. We visited several very different beaches, some local tourist attractions, took a boat trip from Padstow, visited the Eden project both to see the gardens and ride the zip wire and did lots of coastal walks. We hope to be back soon!
A glorious week in Elderberry Cottage!

The views from the property are fantastic and the apartment was very clean and well appointed with some quality essentials like tea, coffee, dish washer tablets etc provided. Loads to do in the local area and the hosts , Adam and Melanie, were only too willing to help with suggestions and local amenities. Looking forward to booking again in the near future.
