Description
Sunny Days is a stylish and modern bungalow nestled in a quiet cul de sac in Bracklesham Bay, just 150m from the beach. This gorgeous property is the perfect holiday rental for a family getaway. Sleeping 6+1 in 3 bedrooms it is ideal for one or two small families to share.Comprising of:
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, with en-suite shower room
Bedroom 2: Double bed
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds, plus an additional pull out single bed for an extra guest if required (please confirm when booking).
The living space is bright, modern and open plan with a brand new and well equipped kitchen, stylish dining area and comfortable corner sofa for some chill out time in front of the TV or playing games. The conservatory off the dining area leads out to the lawned and decked rear garden and which is a proper sun trap in the summer. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the additional double and bunk room share the family bathroom with bath and over-bath shower. The bunk room has a pull out single for additional young guests.
There is parking for 3-4 cars on the driveway.
Sunny Days is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and very close to Billys on the Beach, arguably the finest beach-front restaurant for miles around. Bracklsham Bay is a small village with a village shop and a couple of restaurants. The village of East Wittering is just a 2 minute drive away with plenty of shops and restaurants and the white sands of East Head and West Wittering beach are just a 5 minute drive.

By A Page from Southsea on 02-Jun-2025Sunny Days is the ideal place to stay, comfortable, exceptionally clean and spacious inside and out. Every room is well equipped with everything you will need especially the kitchen, attention to detail is excellent. We loved the bungalow so much we are returning for another few days with our dog.the end of the summer .
A wonderful holiday home

Lovely week at Sunny Days
By C Coxon from EYE on 23-Sep-2023The bungalow is very comfortable and well equipped, beds comfy and plenty of towels etc. The location is excellent just off the beach and shops handy with plenty of places to eat and drink relatively near. We would highly recommend Wellies & Windbreaks for their very thorough and helpful service . We’ll be back !!
Superb Holiday Home

Sunny Days is extremely well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The entire bungalow was supremely clean and maintained to a very high standard. The two bathrooms (one family, one ensuite) were well proportioned with the lovely addition of full size toiletries to use during your stay. The location was easy to find, situated on a private road which was very quiet with plenty of parking for your cars. Overall we had a lovely time while staying and would stay again without hesitation.
A wonderful place to stay
By S Stubblefield from Ashford Kent on 30-Jul-2022Sunny Days is a fabulous property which is spotlessly clean, homely and incredibly well equipped right down to the very large TV, Netflix, PS3 etc. you could not want for more. It also caters well for children with toys, books etc. and there are also bikes and beach chairs that can be used. The owners really have thought of everything. The property is set in a very quiet location and only a short stroll to the beach and in close proximity to pubs and restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves so much we really did not want to go home. A wonderful stay in a truly wonderful property, we hope to go back next year.
