Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, just a short drive away, is a charming coastal village offering 11 sandy beaches, a lively summer atmosphere, and excellent local restaurants and cafés. The Property
La Ville Thomas is a private and tranquil retreat set within beautifully maintained grounds, offering complete peace and seclusion.
Inside, the house is tastefully styled in a soft coastal palette of blues, beiges, and whites, enhanced with natural driftwood accents, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Light-filled and spacious, it perfectly blends comfort and elegance for a relaxing stay between land and sea.
The ground floor features a welcoming entrance leading into a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area, which opens directly onto the terrace — ideal for al fresco dining. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and includes modern appliances such as a Ninja Airfryer and Nespresso coffee machine.
The open-plan living and dining area is bright and comfortable, with direct access to the sun terrace and garden for effortless indoor-outdoor living.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower screen, and WC. A second double bedroom also features a king-sized bed, while a third twin bedroom is decorated with a seaside theme. These rooms share a spacious family bathroom with bath, shower screen, and WC.

The property enjoys a large, fully enclosed private garden with no overlooking neighbours and secure private parking, ensuring complete peace and privacy.

Wonderful winter say

We found everything we needed and more and we were extremely touched by the very generous welcome gift. We really loved our time in the house and found the area was beautiful, peaceful and within easy reach of everywhere we wanted to visit. Judith was so helpful and responsive, before, during and after our visit and we are looking forward to our next stay!
Absolutely beautiful cottage
By Andrew N on 20-Oct-2025We loved every moment of our stay at La Ville Thomas. The cottage was very comfortable and cosy; it had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the decorative touches in each room and although the weather was very autumnal during our stay, the outdoor spaces were equally well considered. The location is great for exploring the fabulous towns of Dinan, Dinard and St Malo. There are fantastic beaches nearby and Mont St Michel is just an hour’s drive from the cottage. A wonderful autumn break for three generations of our family.
An outstanding place to stay!
By Michelle on 21-Jun-2025Le Ville Thomas (LVT) was absolutely immaculate, both inside and out. With a nautical theme throughout and many thoughtful touches, LVT was extremely well appointed and we managed to cook meals in the well equipped kitchen. The outdoor area is well set up for dining al fresco and lounging in the sun with a book. LVT is conveniently located not far from the coast, with it's abundance of beaches (if that's your sort of thing), and interesting towns such as St Malo, Dinan and Dinard. There was far more to see than we could fit in 7 days. Overall, I would highly recommend this gite to couples, families and, with its fantastic enclosed garden, dog owners.

The weather picked up second week and our old Puggle Steve enjoyed the garden breeze. Our new puppy Lola has been so busy exploring and taking in all the new sights. Some new places visited this time, always plenty to do but also a place, to unwind. Thanks Judith, a fantastic welcome and stay.. See you next year Emma and Alec.

We enjoyed a few gorgeous days, swimming and building Sandcastles at family friendly Saint Lunaire.. Dinan was particularly pretty and memorable with a fun boat ride on the river. Although busy, the Le Mont Saint -Michelle was worth a visit and the castle at Fougéres was impressive. La Ville Thomas was perfect for our three children. Thanks so much Judith for providing them with bikes. We love the tranquil setting with its beautiful views, occasional deer and wandering chickens . Thanks so much. The pigeon family.
