The villa is located in a peaceful residential area of the small village of Rédéné in a very popular part of southern Brittany, renowned for its coastal scenery, lovely sandy beaches, pretty fishing villages. There are numerous opportunities for hiking on marked trails from the village itself. Other activities include cycling, horse riding and more.
The property is set in a cul-de-sac and not overlooked within walking distance of a bakery, butcher, newsagent and creperie and only 10 minutes’ drive from several sandy beaches. There is a surf school 10km away offering surfing courses, canoeing, kite surfing and jet skiing.
Set in a handy location within two-minute walk from the village of Rédéné with local shops such as a creperie, pizzeria, bakery, butcher, small supermarket, newsagent and chemist. There is also a great little market on Friday afternoon. The nearby town of Quimperlé (6km) is easily accessible, the busy port of Lorient (20km) and also small villages such as Guidel (10km), Pont-Aven (25km) and Le Pouldu (19km) – great for children with sandy stretches, coves, rock pools and some fine places to eat moules-frites are also within easy driving distance.

Refundable security deposit: 600€ or £500 (cash) refunded on departure.
Holiday tax: (taxe de sejour) 1.30€ per person per day.
End of stay cleaning included for one-week booking. 50€ cleaning fee payable locally for two-week bookings.
