Beachfront holiday property with stunning sea views and direct access to a beach in front of the house. Enclosed garden. Two terraces facing the sea, sun loungers and barbecue. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, bakery, newsagent and weekly market (Monday).Set in a superb location, the villa faces the Atlantic Ocean and the Ile de Groix. This newly renovated and traditional holiday property is all about location, location, location!!!
Not only is Villa Littoral located in a wonderful setting with a beach that is right in front of the house but the beach itself is as good as private, although it is worth noting that public access is possible over the rocks of the far promontory. Access to the beach from the property is through a door located in the garden down a few steps, a bit like a hidden secret!
From the villa you can also walk to the restaurants, bars and bakery all within a 10min stroll from the house on and off along the sea front. As if this was not enough just behind the property runs the coastal path and there are lots of great walks and bikes ride to be had.
The little town of Ploemeur attracts people in search of unspoilt scenery and an ideal spot to relax and discover the hidden gems of this wonderful part of southern Brittany including a selection of lovely beaches and small coves.
The region is known for its coastal scenery, lovely sandy beaches, pretty fishing villages and opportunities for hiking, biking, horse riding and more. There is a surf school 6.5km away (Fort Bloqué) or in Guidel Plage (12km) which offers courses. You can also go canoeing, kite surfing and jet skiing.
Just a few kilometres away is the main road running the along the Brittany coastline offering relatively easy access to many of the main attractions along this beautiful stretch coast including Concarneau, Pont Aven, Lorient, Auray and Vannes.

Modern kitchen with an island. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hobs, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machines. Utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and vacuum.

Exterior:
Enclosed garden (400m²). Direct access to the beach located below the property. Please note that there are no handrails for the steps leading to the beach so care must be taken when using these steps.
Two terraces:
Terrace 1: Accessed from the living/dining room and Bedroom 1. Table, chairs, parasol and portable charcoal barbecue. Sun loungers.
Terrace 2: Accessible through the first terrace by a short path and offering stunning sea views.
Parking for three cars.
Changeover day:
Saturday.
Check-in between 4pm-8pm. Late arrivals can be arranged but must be requested at least a month in advance. Check-out before 10am.
Included in the rent:
Bed linen (please bring your own towels).

Refundable security deposit: 400€ (cash) refunded on departure.

Cot (linen not supplied) and highchair available. Please request at time of booking.
Cleaning: The property must be left clean (kitchen, dishes done and put away, bins emptied and all linen put together). Failing that an additional charge may apply.
Small dogs only welcome and are not allowed on the first floor. Please enquire at time of booking.

By Deborah S on 20-Sep-2025We had a long journey home but it was worth it to stay at the Villa Littoral! You were completely right when you described the Villas location. We loved it! It was amazing to lie in bed and hear the ocean waves. And the views from the Villa are just incredible. The secret door that led down to the beach was wonderful. Our little dog loved it, she would sit waiting every morning until the tide went out then go down on the beach to play! The Villa itself was clean and tidy and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. We only used one bedroom, but all the bedrooms were large and appropriately nautically furnished. The heating (which we only needed a couple of nights) was a little erratic. Only the radiators upstairs worked, but it was fine, we just put a big jumper on! The key holder who met us on arrival was very nice, but due to the language barrier a little difficult to get hold of. That is where you came in and arranged for the owner to check us out early on the day of our departure. Your service has been superb throughout the whole booking process and during our stay. I would highly recommend your company to anyone looking for good old fashioned service and attention to detail. Thank you for making our holiday amazing, one we won’t forget in a hurry.

The position of the villa looking out to the sea was beautiful and couldn’t be beaten. The villa was clean and tidy inside and out with good sized rooms both upstairs and downstairs. It would have been better if there was two bathrooms as our party of eight could have done with another one. However it didn’t spoil our enjoyment in any way. We were very lucky with the hot weather for the week and the private stairs from the garden that led down directly to the small beach below was exceptional. The owner and key holder were easily able to be contacted if necessary. Again many thanks for arranging everything.
Vila Littoral
By Marie Hélène G on 21-Aug-2025Everything went very well during our stay at Villa Littoral! We were delighted to return and see that the renovations have enhanced its value even more. Especially in the kitchen, which is very functional and well-stocked with utensils! The new windows are a plus. The bathroom is also very pleasant! However, a second bathroom on the ground floor would be very useful... We were so comfortable in this villa that we wanted to stay there as long as possible. The proximity to the port and its shops is perfect. My children and I are planning to return as soon as possible. I also wanted to tell you that the key holder is always so welcoming and efficient.

By Jackie S on 30-Jul-2025We had a fantastic time. Patricia and Anne was super kind explaining the house, you can see they love it so much and are super proud of it. The house was a dream so big, lots of space and more than enough kitchen supplies. The only issue, but which is small was the bathroom with so many people it was not practical it could do with another shower room downstairs. The bathroom itself got quite wet on the floor outside of shower it did not drain away quickly, we had to mop the floor after the showers. An outdoor shower would be good to remove the sand from the beach. The secret stairs to the beach was fantastic, we was on the beach all times of day, with tide in and out. I have already recommended the Villa to friends. Overall I would give a 10/10.

What an amazing location - stunning!
By Anne S on 21-Jun-2025We loved the location and access to a little sandy cove. Peaceful, with a lovely view and more sandy coves around each corner. The small town was a quiet stroll from the house, along the quiet road edging the beach. A handful of restaurants/bars, boulangerie and small supermarket - we didn’t use the car. Terrific cycling and walking paths along the coastline and even a golf course. The house was spacious and well equipped for families. Highly recommend Villa Littoral
