Built towards the end of the 18th Century this magnificent property is situated between the Pink Granite Coast and the Cote Sauvage on a beautiful and dramatic stretch of the north Brittany coastline, 45min drive from Roscoff and two hours from St Malo.

There are plenty of other beaches to explore including secluded coves accessible via the impressive coastal path. Just a stone’s throw away is the small seaside resort and fishing port of Locquirec, a traditional Breton village based around its harbour, with creperies, restaurants and art gallery on the seafront.
The historic market towns of Morlaix and Lannion are within 30 minutes’ drive. A little further afield, the Pink Granite Coast is an incredible 30km stretch of coastline with a beguiling mix of pink tinged rocks, turquoise sea and white sandy beaches. Villa Kastell
By Matthias S on 08-Oct-2022We had a great time in Locquirec. The villa is a castel, even nicer as on the internet displayed. And the view is breathtaking. Everything was in perfect order, we enjoyed our holiday very much. The key holder gave as a very warm welcome and showed the house. She is a very kind person a did a great job, gave us some local information as well. Thank you for your service, your communication. Everything was well organised. We had a perfect holiday at Villa Kastell. We are already looking forward for the next time at Villa Kastell!

Villa Kastell
By Corrine D on 18-Jul-2020We loved the area. The house is beautiful and very well appointed. We weren’t on top of each other far from it. Small caveat, we’re not sure we love the decor, but that’s really okay, especially in summer. We were still surprised to find neither beach towels (usually provided in rentals of this standard), nor a landing net or shovel and bucket. Again, this is not crippling, only a little disappointing. The service was perfect, the welcome attentive. I recommend. To conclude, I will undoubtedly use your services again, but will not re-rent this house, ideally located but very very windy!
